That's exactly why. The reason they want to ban guns is not to save children, reduced violence, or make the world safer, its because they believe in a strong authoritative state. They want absolute and total power and see an armed citizen as a potential challenge to authority. They want total control over the people. The 2nd amendment is in place because the founding fathers where smart enough to know that the people might have to defend themselves from the state one day. Its scary to think about but that's why its there.

What a large park needs is at least one flagship coaster. Something that attracts a lot of attention from the general public and is well known. For the majority of parks this just happens to be a hyper coaster. But usually in order to have the resources to build such a large ride the park is already well established and building a hyper coaster just solidifies their success. So I guess you could say that if a park can build such a larger roller coaster it has been doing things right.

So its been over a month I figured you guys deserve to see what I've been doing. I have been building pretty slowly but I've still managed to "figure out" this inverted coaster stuff, I could still use some help on the shaping. Anyway, pictures bellow: A dive over the launch is not yet complete. But I can say that the pull out of the dive should be perpendicular to the launch and will got into a 180* overbank. I'm still working out the ending but I plan on having a large inline twist or two in the layout. The nice part about any Intamin coaster is you have a lot of freedom when it comes to the layout. Enjoy!

Damn I love tubes.... This the first half of an Immelmann Loop by the way. Sorry, but it is going to be a custom launched invert, not a Volcano recreation or an Impulse. I felt there would be too many problems with either, but I would love to one day build an Impulse coaster differently than RWT's. I have a few ideas than I may test out on this once its done. Enjoy!

While the airtime on Hades is amazing, Mt. Olympus's lack of maintenance makes the ride more and more unbearable every year. I stopped going there several years ago and Hades was not only ruff, but hurt. Where as when it opened in was smooth for a wooden coaster. I can only imagine how bad it is now. -

You mean SFGAm and Clones. Not SFGAdv. -
I know a guy who runs and engineering company that does a lot of international work. When ever they have businessmen from Asia they lock up, move, or simply don't allow them in an areas that might have something they could copy. Just like the Soviets did, the Chinese steal most of their technology from the west.

+1 for Bizarro (SFNE). Its just simply everything you could ever want a roller coaster to be. -

We'll see. X-Flight has that massive inline twist which I think is the best element on the coaster and I was really hoping Gatekeeper would have one as well, but the epic key hole and zero g roles may make up for that. -

With a good crew they can load very quickly. X - Flight rarely stacks and is usually sending a train up the lifts every 2 minutes or so. This thing will have a great capacity if the ride crew can be fast and efficient. -

Exactly the new models are not as good. But it is still possible to do some cool stuff with them but its next to impossible to build on the same level the really good screamin' serpent builders can. And here's a test vid of Insurrection: -

I have 10 Screamin' Serpent sets plus several other random lots of knex. The only way to get SS sets is on ebay and they can be anywhere from $50 to $80 a piece. But in all honestly I probably have close to $1000 in knex..... Thanks for all of the comments guys! I have the coaster almost running and it should be working by tomorrow. I'll have a test video up as soon as the train clears the circuit! But then I have the other train to get running, and the then the NXT to get running. -
This. I would much rather have them with sit down trains. I don't find the standing position to be enjoy able.

Thanks for all of the comments guys! Station roof and the exit and entrance ramps are done. I put a storage track on the side so I have a place to put the second train when I am not running two. I just need to get the trains and NXT running smoothly and I will post a test video of it running with two trains. Plus I don't think I ever did an explanation of how the NXT works with the Knex. Anyway, pictures bellow. Enjoy!
