When Six Flags Great America put in Shockwave when they already had Demon. Both are Arrow loppers and Shockwave was basicly Demon on steroids. Its kind of like just putting in a bigger version of a ride you already have. Its the closest thing I can think of to this.

One problem with a B&M giga is the chain lift. Having a single chain for a 300 foot coaster is just to heavy and hard to move and I dont think it will be able to use two chain lifts, like steel dragon does, unless they completly redesign their track, trains, and braking system. If you look at there rides, beside for the trains, they really havent changed that much over the years. The track, braking system, friction wheels, and lift are all basicly the same on all of there coasters. The only new thing that they added was the magnetic brakes. I think the whole giga stuff is just to tease us. Unless they dig a huge pit and have the coaster drop 50 feet under ground I dont think it will be a giga.

I think if Six Flags was going to put in another Zac Spin they would just use Green Lantern again. X-Flight does sound like a good name for what could be the first wing rider in the United States. Just think about it, the military uses X in the names of all of its one of a kind test planes. So it would make sense to have it in the name of what will be a one of a kind coaster. Maybe they will also fix V2's holding brake and take the trims of Eagle.

Speaking of American Eagle, any one else have one of the blueprints they are selling the park? I got last week and it is huge! Now I just need to get it framed an on my wall.
