  1. Absolutely nothing has changed from last year.
  2. ^What did ART do? I thought Triotech made the track and cars themselves...or they design them and get ART to manufacture? Also, I don't think it's a question why Triotech goes with ART, rather why Cedar Fair goes with ART. ART was involved in WMG because the GM (Norm; I think he was at Knott's at one point; maybe I'm wrong) had worked on projects with them before. So CF probably just stuck to the same manufacturer. It could also be simply a long term deal for the whole Amusement Dark thing.
  3. ^Are you talking about Guardian or Iron Reef? Guardian only has 5 trains. Unless they bought more this season. If talking about Iron Reef, I never knew ART was involved.
  4. Where would a new entrance go? And though a hotel is always a possibility, I just don't see it happening now.
  5. Oh it's bad. The line almost always goes out and OVER the bridge in front of the mountain. During Haunt, it was even worse. I don't even think the "no loose article in queue" policy is helping....maybe a bit but not much. I think we might see this policy come to Iron Reef really soon (can you bring anything into the car???) EDIT: Sorry for the multiple posts, looks like there is a glitch with Tapatalk.
  6. The grass ripped up by the wave pool is likely just the cabanas being constructed.
  7. The only issue with the Valravn name is that it was trademarked by Cedar Point, not Cedar Fair. Plus, trademarks used at Canada's Wonderland are typically filled through the Government of Canada. http://www.cipo.ic.gc.ca/app/opic-cipo/trdmrks/srch/cntnBscSrch.do;jsessionid=0001joFmi5UIxIiZRt1CJNoozHr:-1B0PLHD?textField1=Cedar+Fair&selectField1=ownname&useblg=bscSrch.do%3Flang%3Deng&languageDirection=f&lang=eng&submitButton=Search They still haven't used the Mamba trademark....
  8. Fog and bubbles would just screw with the sensors. Guardian used to have fog in its finale but they took it away within the first week of operation.
  9. ^I think it mainly has to do with the harsh weather we get taking a toll on the ride.
  10. Here it is: It looks really awesome. Only problem is that you can see the projectors quite easily. Also, near the end I could spot what appeared to an exit to the building (someone left the door open?).
  11. ^when was the last time a new attraction at Wonderland WASN'T leaked? At least over 8 years! (I count Guardian as leaked)
  12. So in a shocking turn in events (not really), it appears that the "worlds longest interactive screen" may actually be a complete lie. I managed to get an animated picture of the layout from Triotech (I found a low resolution picture of it from a CBC broadcast and asked Triotech for a better version) and there does appear to be many physical breaks along the screen. I would post the picture but I believe it is copyrighted so I rather not until I get permission. Of course since it is an animation it may not be completely right, but with the amount of detail they put in the trains would make one think that they wouldn't get lazy on the screens. 15. ^Wouldnt green mean to keep? Hence why there is that one tree left in the SkyRider area with a green marking on it?
  16. That pile of dirt behind Mindbuster is still getting my imagination going....
  17. The Bat ain't going anyway. Believe it or not, it's pretty popular at the park.
  18. Just drove by the park. The entire structure is up. Looks like it's just south of WindSeeker. It's yellow and doesn't look very tall.
  19. There were a couple of news articles that said there would be physical props in between scenes....but take it for what you will.
  20. http://www.usthrillrides.com/products/skyspire/ I'm assuming this is what is being talked about?
  21. Is there really a need to post all that when we could just click on the link....
