Is it just me or the POV and renderings of Leviathan are deceiving. The pictures CW posted today look like the station is on the opposite side of what the POV says that the station is...weird.

To 1pizza14: If you have never seen it than search it up on Youtube. In my opinion it actually kind of looks better on youtube. To asimowalk: I totally agree, I could see lasers everywhere!!! But thats where CW has to take into consideration with people with medical issues (epileptic). Also, here is me going into Fantasyland... but what would make the show so amazing would be if the show was not just on International Street... but the whole park!!!!!

Anyone think that Starlight Spectacular will return in 2012?

I live right beside Wonderland and the tent for the former bedrock show is still standing... don't know what you guys are talking about...

Firstly, if indeed Dinosaurs Alive is coming next year, unless they take out something, there would be almost no room. They could built in the in the land inside Water Water canon which always a possibility. Also, can anyone confirm that the red crane has gone up a CW? CW Mania stated this (http://www.cwmania.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=2222&start=900). If so, the 306 foot lift could be going up next week!!!

Message to all people who are simply annoyed by the brake run I have no idea why everyone is so annoyed by the brake run and dont even think about the coaster itself. If you dont want to have "the world's longest brake run" than don't. Design your own roller coaster with the worlds shortest brake run and see how that works out for you.

Depends if it has as many problems as WindSeeker. If it does, who knows how long... if not, it should open at the beginning of the 2012 season.

My guess is they're probably just working on something with it. ...and if not????

Looks like something happened to Leviathan's official website. Don't know if it crashed, Canada's Wonderland took it down temporarily or maybe was hacked. Can't access the site? Can anyone else???

If the chain on the coaster would ever break... CW would just get a new one. If it happened a second time, they probably would put a new one on again. If a third time were to come around... I think it would be a good idea for CW to consider replacing the chain lift with a cable lift during the next off-season. But in the end... lets hope that it doesn't even happen once.

Thats what I was thinking too. After all, Screamscape does say that there is a Giga rumor for Knott's. The park could have changed their mind with leviathan and bought a new design. The original design (leviathan) could have been transferred to CW. But we will never know for 100%

I think those rumors that this coaster was originally supposed to go to Knott's are right. Just because the hammerhead may fit perfectly with the "tree island", doesn't mean it couldn't have gone to another park. That part of the coaster wouldn't have been built until later (not even today) in the year. CW an B&M could have easily made modifications to the part of the coaster.

If you look at this link http://www.cwmania.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=2222&start=75, the second picture shows long concrete "bars". I think thats where the switch track will be. Also, is it just me or the supports for the 306 foot lift hill where supposed to be different??? Look at CW''s profile picture ( )Then look at this picture (http://www.cwmania.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=2222). The supports are different and nothing is supporting the top (in the second link to CW Mania)!!!

After looking at the pictures that canadaswonderland2012 posted on their website, it almost made me think that Cedar Fair onpurposly wanted the break run to be high because you can see it everywhere!!! P.S I'm probably not right.

Just to let everyone know, I contacted the creators of Starlight Spectacular (Tantrum Design) and I asked if the show will return with a different concept next year. Their response: "You'll have to wait and see!". hummmm......

Now the question is... "What will Canada's Wonderland get in 2013?" After Leviathan I don't think its going to be "big".

Apparently, supports have been spotted at the park.

WindSeeker was originally supposed to replace Sky Cabin. Guests began arguing with the park that Sky Cabin shouldn't be removed causing months of delays in the construction progress of WindSeeker. In January, Knott's decided to relocated the area where WindSeeker would be built.
