I got some really "terriable" news. I was talking to a wonderland rep earlier today and they told me that the walkway to the top of the mountain will NEVER reopen to the public...even if Vortex and Thunder Run were to be removed. The reason is because of saftey concerns that Cedar Fair has with the way the walkway was built and that the inside of the mountain is now used as storage. This really sucks as I was never able to climb the mountain and was hoping to do so one day. Looks like ill just have to get a private tour... Anyway, if you still have any ideas to what would make canadas wonderland perfect, send them to themeparklover1@yahoo.ca (all names and emails will remain confidental) or simply post them in this forum. The last day for alll submission will be Janurary 5, 2012.

I just don't understand whats wrong with all of u. Its funny how u ask questions that have already been answered and u guys have brought up the trim brake thing again..."...As long as they don't murder it with trims...". Get it straight!!! Trim brakes will be put on both airtime hills!!!

^that would be an awesome show....will it every happen....probably not. The fact of turning on and off the falls would need spot on timing because to turn on the falls, u have to turn on the pumps which could take a few seconds while to turn them of u would need to shut off the pumps and wait till enough water to over the edge for the water to level out and stop falling over the edge.

Disney does this nightly and its actually incredibly stupid in my opinion. Its often difficult to make out the picture and even then, I don't care at all of seeing pictures of other people. I know that and i don't quite find it stupid. I would actually just go to the park every few days just to get my face on the mountain even if it were for 3 seconds. I also has some free time on my hands so i submitted the idea to Tantrum......just in case.

^Never thought of it that way......but when i think about it, that would look pretty cool too.

Anyone else think it would be a cool idea that if Wonderland were to bring back the show, actual guests who visited the park during that day could be in the show??? The employees with the cameras at the front of the park could say "Get your picture taken and you could be in tonight's Starlight Spectacular show!!!". And before the show starts, someone can put some of the pictures from the day into the show. It would probably increase the # of pictures taken at the front entrance and I'm sure people would love to see their faces on Wonder Mountain. Cool idea???

^Agreed! First "The World's Longest Brake Run" than a bunch of other pointless arguments including this support "issues". Next we are going to be complaining about the trains, the trim brakes, how slow the lift is, and that the line to get on is too long (I'm not complaining...but I just know these things are going to pop up in someones post).

I know i'm probably changing the topic, but WHEN ON EARTH IS WONDERLAND GOING TO ANNOUNCE DINOSAURS ALIVE!!! We already know its true! There are small cranes in the aquarium area and already dinos have been spotted outside the maintenance buildings.

Nope, if you look really closely on the renderings and on the POV video, you will see that spine support that you are talking about.

Ya, if you look at CW's faebook page, around the time the site was bloked was also the same time that someone posted the DInosaurs Alive link....also its funny when you type in "Dinosaurs Alive Canada's Wonderland" on google, the official website is the third result in the list.

Why would you look at that!!! If you go to the official website now, you must sign-in. Looks like Wonderland found out.

According to CW Mania, the WindSeeker at CW has replaced the original dampers with the dampers that are used on the Knott's version. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks!!!

About WindSeeker, are you sure that wasn't from last week? If you look a PCW_Nut's post on the other page, it says that last week the gondolas had the normal lighting package while this week the lights on the gondolas are off. Who's right?

It has been brought to my attention that during Halloween Haunt, WindSeeker's tower is lit up in red and that the lights on the swings (that make all the cool designs) are completely off. Can someone please confirm this and upload a picture if available. Thanks!!!

Well, if indeed CW does own the projectors...if they got rid of the show I don't see what they could use the 4 projectors. After all, they are brand new and I wouldn't see the point of not using them. After all they spent probably quite a bit of money for them so they should put them to go use.
