  1. Um, ya because there's a a railing on one side and track on the other. This coaster has railing on one side and no railing on the other side AND the stairs go end to end. All B&M inverts have had railings on both sides. Oh well, I'll just wait for the first person to walk right off the catwalk.
  2. Is it just me or there aren't any railings on side of the lift hill catwalk????
  3. ^ The ties are still the "standard" ones.
  4. Well, based off those pictures, the two pieces of red track aren't attached.
  5. As soon as we get a picture of the labels, all will be clear (except the park).
  6. Noooo, not a Leviathan clone!!!!
  7. A quote from one of the news articles: http://www.masslive.com/entertainment/index.ssf/2014/06/cyclone_rollercoaster_to_end_3.html
  8. Probably just a reference to us. We're in the dark and restless.
  9. Say good bye to any hope that this coaster would be named Centurion...the trademark got suspended back in February. http://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=86094874&caseType=SERIAL_NO&searchType=statusSearch http://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn86094874&docId=SUL20140204122218#docIndex=0&page=1
  10. Something is going on behind the scenes: And no, Centurion can't be the name....that trademark got suspended.
  11. ^And? That's exactly what I was trying to get at. Leviathan's lift hill pieces require a thicker track because the entire thing is held up by 4 supports. I believe that this is because Dragon Fire is right underneath and there isn't really anymore room for supports....which in turn means that any other park that wants to build a B&M giga (or any other model) could have as many supports as they wanted requiring a thinner lift track. In the end, only track WIDTH can tell us the likely model (Dive and Wing Coaster) as the depth of the track can vary in every model.
  12. ^What do you mean? The track size for B&M giga is the same as a B&M hyper. Yes, the lift pieces may not be as thick as Leviathan but that could easily be because of a different support structure being used.
  13. Never say never....the Chinese shipping containers are for the yellow track.
  14. The footers also look to be to close together for a B&M....unless its for the transfer/storage track. B&M brake runs don't even have that many footers...
  15. Evaluate when you arrive. Better to do that then buy a pass and go to the park only to have short lines.
  16. Day 31: Anyone else notice how today's picture is screaming "splash down"?!?! (the hole in the wood is the "train" and the marks on the wood is the "water" being launched upwards)

  18. ^On the mechanics part, doing that makes no logical sense.....
  19. ^No, that was "Fury". "Fury 325" is a completely different trademark.
  20. There is a bus bar that travels along side with the train throughout the entire dark sections of the ride (You can see where the trains connect to the bus bar in pictures showing its left side and the actual bus bar in pictures of the brake run). This provides power to the trains so there is no need to charge batteries in the station. Bus bar is on the right Right under the left wheel assembly is the connector. Pics from rollin_n_coastin
  21. WMG UPDATE: According to reports on CW Mania, bags are NOT ALLOWED in the queue line anymore (apparently this is the result of a cell phone falling onto the track in the station while a bag was being handed over to a ride attendant). Apparently, this has caused literally no line-up for the ride!!! I do, and realistically, even if the capacity was far exceeding 300 an hour (which is what I'm hearing It maxes at), that would be my likely plan of action. I just expect the ride to undergo a lot of changes and tweaking to get it to a better state, and I'd rather ride it in that form than what's presently there. I've heard they've been hitting over 500pph and the theoretical max is 640pph.
  22. The video? Just go to YouTube and type in "wonder mountain's guardian in wonderland". There is a 2:09 video which is the POV.
  23. You do realize that you are making this decision based off an extremely low quality 240p illegal POV... That doesn't really matter. Its pretty much an arcade game...you don't need great quality to figure it out... And its 480p.
  24. It was bound to happen eventually and a full POV of WMG has been posted on Youtube...and I won't link it. (SPOILER ALERT IN THE VIDEO BUT NOT THE REST OF THIS POST) To be honest, I had no idea what on earth was going on....there's no story line! Your underwater one second and you above the next. Then all of the sudden your in the dragon liar....Yes, I've never been on the ride but now watching a POV, I am kinda disappointed.... I was thinking of maybe going for a day at the park (I didn't get a pass) but this video changed my mind. Also, the train entrance into the mountain looks very very unfinished....
