What an arbitrary distance. Within 170 miles you hit both Portland and Vancouver. That's another 5 million. It's still a small park with a low height limit

Shocked we haven't seen six flags water park resorts like Great Wolf especially at existing resorts considering g the old operating model went out the window with Fright Fests and now Christmas events. PS, Sandy Lake and Go Karts Plus are near Six Flags Over Texas/ Busch Gardens Williamsburg and are easy PPR credit stops with 1-2 coasters each.
