For some reason I always see rides break down in Six Flags but never at Cedar Fair.

I do get annoyed whenever I go up a lift and people starting screaming, I mean it's not very intense going up a lift. I remember once I told my grandma's friend about coasters and she replied, "I'm not going on that, I'm going to get killed." It didn't seem like she put much sarcasm in that statement.

B&M's first true "Fly-By??" Love the idea......hope it actually happens. If they wanted a fly-by, they could've put a zero-g roll over the station, that would be insane. Flight Deck @ CGA has a bit of a station fly-by before you enter the corkscrew.

I do that too! It drives me nuts sometimes though because when I'm messaging to non-Verizon and it goes over 160 characters, the extra characters get sent in a different message. Then I sit there for a few minutes deleting my signature, apostrophes, and changing "and" to & to get the message 160 chars. or less. It really is good practice to avoid text speak as much as possible. I had a professor recently showing sample bad e-mails that students had sent that included lots of text-speak. The whole time I was horrified (but somehow not surprised) about the e-mails. I always at least double-check my e-mails to professors and other business professionals and revise if needed. Ya, professor your hair is so LOL! I do the same whenever I send any e-mails as you cannot edit it like you can edit your posts on TPR.

I do agree with you on the name, at least Titan would've been better as it was only used once.

I totally forgot this and was reminded in the Kings Dominion Thread about ride ops, but this is the biggest GP moment I ever saw and everyone should see how insane it was and of course it's in CGA. I was waiting in line for Flying Eagles and I was told by the ride op I would be the last person to ride it since it was closing time. So, the ride op put the garbage cans in front of the line indicating it's closed. Then, these small kids came running up passing the garbage cans and came up behind me. I told them that the park is closed and told them to turn back. Then, the mean mother came up and told me, "They can go on the ride". I told the mother that the park is closed and they cannot ride. Of course she argued against my statement and the ride op saw what was going on, so he approached the woman telling her that the ride is closed. She resisted again and I told the woman that it was park rules and the ride op "inspired" by my statement told her that he isn't making the rules, just enforcing them. The mother said,"They're just little kids, let them on". The ride op supposedly called for "back up" as another CGA employee came up. They starting arguing and the woman said,"I want to talk to the manager". I went on the ride with some 4 others with around 4 flyers with nobody on them as the little kids of course weren't let on. The mother knew she lost, so she took off and moved the garbage cans on purpose away from the ride enterance and more kids went in line not knowing that the ride is closed. GP... Life would be boring without them.

CGA's ride ops are pretty good, I never have problems with them and they actually defend the park's rules.

I would usually side with B&M, but because of how bad Vortex is and that CGA is my home park, I can't believe how much B&M messed up on that, so I side with Intamin.

On Flight Deck @ CGA (Of course) there was a long line for the front of around 30+ people and in all the other rows there was an average of 2 people. This one person walked by me saying "The front is over rated". Tell that to the 30 standing in line for the front, oh wait she did. 300th post!

In 2012, riding Dragon Fire should be spectacular since it will run through Leviathan, though we're talking about an Arrow Looper.
