I've been in this office for 8 years in June, the same management has been in place since I've been here. I'd say more females have management positions than male, and we've got a lot of black managers as well. Hmmm, 8 years, minus 2007 equals 1999. Before that, I worked under a Ecuadorian manager for three years (1996-99), and in high school (89-96) I had two Mexican supervisors. Yep, those minorities are always getting the shaft....all the way back to the *gasp* eighties!!!! Now I must be going, my Hummer H3 is awaiting a good scrub down, along with my model wife and her big fake boobs. Perhaps, I'll retire to my summer cottage this weekend, while the children play on their personalized jet skis. All this on the sale of black market bread. Times be good.....times be good.

Actually I do work in an office. Our one IT guy is Phillipino, and whenever he's out, we typically get another minority. To be quite honest, we have quite a few minorities in managemnet positions here. Even better, most of them are female. If anything, the white male is being screwed.

^ No offense, but seeing your only 38 I kind of doubt your statement of minorities not getting chances at management positions. That's be the 90's not the 60's. And stop getting cfc and larry mixed up. I like to work out too, good old 12 ounce curls, then beat up those that do me wrong.

^ Springboard is just OK. I too was shocked at the color when I tried it. Nothing special. If you like Fat Tire, wait for the winter seasonal. The bartender at the brewersy described it to me as, "Fat Tire on steroids." That it was....that it was! Sam Adams White Ale is quite tasty, although I prefer their spring season.

Very cool Cameron. There used to be a great little arcade at Milwaukee, Golf Road and Greenview by Golf Mill Mall. I think every kid had a birthday party there. I spent hours upon hours play Bump N Jump, Spy Hunter, etc. It's ashame most arcades are long gone.

Very cool Cameron. You never realize how much goes into arcade games. Jaleco and Sierra had offices in Northbrook way back in the 80's. We used to try and hang out there to get free goodies as kids. Never worked.

^ After my last visit, I was actually embarrassed for good old SSE. My speakers weren't working, the ride was loud, you could barely hear the narration, let alone the AA's in the scenes. Let's hope this is a total re-do, not a "let's add sparkly lights and neon" to the last half. Ever since they took out the moonscape scene at the top, it's stinks.
