So you are saying that I collect money from the government? Wrong! You're right, you collect from Mom. Sorry my bad!
-
Why not extend that to anyone collecting unemployment from the government? The military always has job openings. Doesn't that mean you, Joe???

^ Someone picked up the latest Sam Adams Collection! I'm anxious to try the Honey Porter.

^ So nice you quoted it twice! I'd say Dominator is proably a good bet. Double Loop was in desperate need of a paintjob too. Thunderhawk was repainted two years ago, although the sharpness of the paint was badly faded. Any ideas on the raft ride? It was dry when I was there in June. -
Stupid Bears...Cubs spring training is less than two weeks away. Oh wait, they'll suck too. I have the worst taste in team adulation.

AH! I have that same pullover!!! Don't bring that to LA Derek, we'll look like total tools! I didn't do much drinking this weekend....although I should have during the Superbowl. Stupid Bears.

Speaking of WiFi Adapters, does anyone have suggestions besides paying for the $100 M$ one? I tried my Dell one, but it didn't work.

Cool. I loved him on the A's. Guys that play hard like him are hard to come by nowadays. I have a soft spot for the A's, I played most of my Little League career on the A's. Thinking back, my career spans many teams. Just like a real life player! Dodgers, Tigers, A's, Ravens, Panthers, and Lobos (the Panthers changed their name this year). Here's my career stats for the Men's League: Matt's Stats As you can see, I finally got up to speed this last year! When we meet in March Rick, we'll have to talk baseball and umping. I'd really like to get in on that side of the plate too! -

Awesome Rick!!! That's pretty cool that you got to rub elbows with all those baseball big whigs! Eric Byrnes (in the program) is one of my favorite players. I love guys that play balls to the wall. -
I'll never be a BACT team member with my continued derelection of duties.... I will take pics of the swag I picked up. Nice try Derek, I have some Two Hearted Ale in my fridge too!

Try reading the context of the post next time. How does one read into the context of a post that's one line that doesn't state any sort of position? -

^ I remember you posting that two weeks after I was there. I was shocked, because it was running awesome. -
Even better Heath.....I forgot it. I'm a nimrod of the 5th level. Is it sad that one of the guys there remembered me from last time? Although he did give me more free swag! I enjoyed a 2 Below, Abbey, 1554 and their spring seasonal, Springboard. I'm moving to Colorado if we don't start getting more NB stuff here. Everyone of them is so tasty.

And therein lies the problem with the legal system. Settling, is cheaper than defending. It sucks. Without settlement numbers, it's hard to tell if this was a good economical decision or not. When we take cases to trial, it usually costs around $120-150,000 in defense costs. Nothing to sneeze at. You have to weigh those costs, total damages, defenses, publicity (in Disney's case), and the jury pool for where it was filed. If it's conservative, you may be OK. Liberal, you're likely to get screwed. -

^ Dominator is good, but not that good. I thought SV was the second best coaster there. Followed by Thunderhawk, which isn't saying much. The rest of the coasters, were just meh. The park was empty when I was there the last week in June (SV was running, contrary to what was posted before). The water park, was packed. I think that's GL's niche. A great waterpark with some nice thrill rides and flats that the whole family can enjoy for a low admission cost. Dominator and Thunderhawk will certainly fill the needs for more extreme riders. They don't need X-Flight and SV. It's almost too much. Villian needs to go. That ride is a severe concussion ready to happen. -
^ I'm so slow at getting these pics up. It seemed to work, so I'll grabbing some more Goose Island for next weekend. Tomorrow business takes me to Denver....you know what that means! A side trip to New Belgium!!!!

So these are from last Sunday, but I thought I'd share my pics of drinking while watching the Bears to victory. I decided to select some fine Chicago brews from Goose Island to help cheer on Da Bears. First up, Oatmeal Stout. Finally, 21 years! Time to celebrate with a Victory!!! Meh. And the Saint's pulled within two....time to break out my favor GI - Nut Brown Next up, their IPA. I'm not fond of IPA's, and this one ranks at the bottom. Tasty, but unfulfilling just like scoring fieldgoals. Honker's Ale. The good old standby. It's a hit. Me likey a lot. Ah, looks great in my new Lakefront pint!

^ I'd say if you told the average Chicagoan if they had heard of Cedar Point, a good protion would say yes. I have non coaster freak friends that know of it. I'm not saying it's a vacation getaway, but it's a know theme park in this state as well. We get a lot of ads for Indiana Beach too. Oddly, Kiddieland and Santa's Village rarely advertised. At least not in the past 10 years, when I was a kid they did all the time. Now if you asked them if they'd heard of Six Flags in St. Louis.....I'd say no way.
