  1. Which is my argument. It was poorly built, thus according to you, should fall down on your list, and yet you're proclaiming it's greatness. Makes no sense.
  2. When you two are done, will you come out here and "hang out?" I need to lose about ten pounds myself.
  3. WIth that description, I hope hope you are a park employee.
  4. ^ And that's supposed to show....... what?
  5. Hades is by Gravity Group. I thought Robb had said something about them possibly retracking the whole ride this winter, or most of it. Even after a rainy week, Hades rode incredibly rough when I was on it in August.
  6. It's nice to hear Jahan is helping out. Working out with someone makes it so much easier. It's cool to have someone that can keep you on track, and make sure you keep going.
  7. Isn't Hades getting retracked this year too? The final helix was brutal this past summer. Jackhammering galore.
  8. I'd say three days is a bit too much. She'd probably enjoy the shows at MGM, and perhaps a meal at the Sci-Fi restaurant. It is Spring Break that time, so crowds will be heavy. You will probably need more time to get to everything you'd like.
  9. Really? I watched the POV and thought, "This ride is a mess. You can tell it's rough as heck, and it just opened." As for the original post, seriously, how can you proclaim the ride's greatness while describing how it's rougher than all get out the previous paragraph? Makes no sense.
  10. Alas, Dave. I did not. We had been on the road for about seven hours at that point, and I wanted to get to Woodman's for beer. Stupid hunters and driving do not mix.
  11. This year was not even close to as bad as years past. Last year they were stacked six and seven high. Gross.
  12. The weekend prior to Thanksgiving, my buddy and his wife have a "pre-Thanksgiving" dinner with all of their friends. Kind of a cool people Thanksgiving, without the annoyance of our families. Mom, if you're reading this, I'm kidding. Naturally, I head over to the Mall of America to get my off season schwerve on, and hit up Camp Snoopy....or the Park at the Mall of American....or Nickolodeon Zone....or whatever the heck they feel like calling it this week. This year was no different, except I was on a mission to really just see what the heck they were up to with the new additions planned. So with my buddy and his four month old in tow, we headed over to see what was afoot. Or maybe we'd see some footers....or perhaps some dirt. Oh yes, it also marked the beginning of deer season in Wisconsin, which is always makes for a pleasant ride home, as you'll see later. Oh yes. Beer! With that, I consider this done. Hmmm, wonder why we're stopping here? Greatest place ever. Deer anyone? On the way home we stopped by to say hi to Paul's favorite spot in Tomah. Hi Paul! I end the night chilling with my god son. He's much cuter than I am. Candygram. Damn straight. For a mere $500, you too can have this. Your nerd membership card is also included. Must stop at the Lego store. Brandon illustrates his love for Boeing....or pahillic flying machines. Best name ever. Screaming Yellow Eagle. I think my dog could come up with something better. Let's hope the new additions are as good as Timberland Twister was. Please do not change the tree swing. It's still my favorite of themed chair swings. Yes. I am a drunk. More dirt. This dirt is however very sexy. Like me. Wow. How creative. Avatar. There's never been one of these before. The Mighty Axe. How mighty? Just Mighty. No more, no less. I'm not impressed with the style of the structures. I liked the old "woodsie" look better. Scooby looks kind of sad and pathetic right now. Back-hoe the Ride. Exclusive construction photo! Rock bottom plunge. Seriously, another flume???? I jest. I know it's not a flume. And baseball used to be played. Off to the Mall, where the skyline has changed a bit. Genetic engeneering is working to produce a 10,000 lb cow. Abra already found one. Wisconsin uses pictures on their maps to help lowly Illinoisians to find their ways.
  13. I'm off to New Glarus shortly. Never fear my camera woes. I realized what I did. I copied, then deleted, then attempted to paste. That won't work. Sometimes I just move too fast for my own good.
  14. As I sit in chat explaining to Derek what a complete moron I am, I'll give you all the summary. Tonight I tried the last IPA in my fridge. It was Two Brother's Heavy Handed. I swore this was going to be my last try at liking an IPA. First sip, I actually like it. I continued to drink and enjoyed every sip...which turned to gulps. I literally ran upstairs to post the pics of my newly found IPA love, and I moved to fast for my PC, I copied and pasted faster than it could, and it corrupted the pics. They're gone. Oh well, guess it just means I have to buy another bottle!
  15. ^ But you do drink Black and Tans, right?
  16. Ho, Ho, Ho. If you don't like it, you can eat me.
  17. I'm here for the beer. J/K, I love the Alveys too. Especially Robb and his hobbit feet.
  18. I'll bring the beer. Name the time and date!
  19. ^ RB's first drop - awesome. Uphill trim - sucks. I love the drop, hate the middle portion, and after the brake run, find it fun agian.
  20. ^ Thanks for posting a picture of me and my manboobs.....I'm now heading over to Robb's 30 lbs thread.....YIKES!
  21. Sweet video. I didn't think I'd like it without any music, but I do! Can I now count this as a credit?
  22. Perhaps they'll find a China Buffet that will let them use a booth or two?
  23. I'm actually quite interested in how much weight one can lose after a mighty fine dump. Mmmm, hairy feet. Grrrrr.
  24. This is my first foray into the Guitar Hero series. Thus far (only three days) I love it. I have found that the jump from Easy to Medium is a bit steep, but the longer I play through the songs perfecting Hammer Ons, etc, on Easy mode, the easier it is to jump up to Medium. That blue fret button is a killer on my stubby pinky finger. I'm already purchasing the wireless adapter in preperation for the downloadable content.
  25. ^^ Not all attorneys make a lot of money. I've had many dealings with plaintiff attorneys in my past life as a claim adjuster, where the PC's were scraping by to pay the bills. ^ I've found that it's more about getting A degree that employers are looking for. Doesn't matter in what, only that you received a degree. Obviously, someone with a degree in that field will have a leg up, but it's more about the completion of higher education that employers are looking for.
