As of now I live in the Bay Area, but I lived in Tracy until I was 13, It always was, and probably will be a town with noting interesting...at all. I'm glad to see some something happening there, but I can't see it taking off, after all it is Tracy. A town in the middle of beautiful nowhere. I just hope things turn out for the best.
