Reminds me about the boy who fell (or jumped, depends on who you asked) from the Drop Tower at CGA. From what I heard, he was mentally handicapped, and was scared to he jumped, but the Drop Tower boy wasn't aware of what he was doing, (and he restraint wasn't locked all the way either,) -
