  2. Bum Huggers, gotta love those Aussies and their folksy ways..
  3. You bet your sweet ass they're better be a TR of that. Cowboy midgets on trikes, hot strippers dressed as yeshiva schoolgirls, an all you can eat kosher buffet line, id pay admission for a funeral of that nature..Mazel Tov indeed...
  4. Have there been arrangements made for Adams memorial service, does it involve a midget dressed as a cowboy riding a tricycle?
  5. Good times indeed..I, for one, hope it involves something a beer shower and young ladies stripping to put themselves through medical school..
  6. 8:30 am would be just fine for me i'll even bring you a coffee robb, how do you take it?
  7. Hi, My friends call me Chris Danger, but you can call me susan if you pay enough I kid, I kid... Heres a little bit about me: Age: 34 Location: Dallas, TX Occupation: IT/IS analyst/Internet show co-host/Media Junkie Hobbies: Film, TV, Comics, Gaming, Riding Coasters Marital Status: Married Why Im Here: I like coasters and theme parks, plain and simple. I enjoy the thrill of riding coasters and taking pictures of ACErs feeding in their natural environments (Buffets, AYCEs, Hog Troughs). Im also looking to meet some cool people I share some common interest with...So give me a buzz and lets chat accordingly...
  8. I say screw all the damned acronyms and names, lets just call it the "Texas Giant"...
  9. One word: Tatsu. I got all hyped about it, I rode the dang thing, it was too short of a ride for me.
  10. ^ So buy them now, or robb will sick the dogs on you accordingly
  11. So, im jazzed about this event, ready to ride some coasters and meet some cool people accordingly...May 14th cant get here soon enough!!
  12. I enjoy a Texas-only brand of bottled tea called, non-ironically, Texas Tea. Their Fredericksburg Peach flavor is my favorite..hard to find though, usually in stores like HEB and Central Market here in TX..
  13. I remember Adventureland before the fire, it was a fun place then and looks to be the same today as well thanks for posting this DIVV!!
  14. Canadian Tire Dollars are an acceptable alternate currency in most areas of canada(1:1 currency exchange w/the CDN), I know people who've bought Timbits and coffee w/ them...
  15. Im all for a pool party..i'll bring the "grown folk beverages"..might even bring my gaming laptop..thats the kind of nerd I am LOL
  16. Seeing I live all the way over near downtown, I may chill for a little bit in my car...
  17. It sounds pretty darn amazing, I've always enjoyed the early morning rides... Also, for those who have gone before, do you guys & gals stay the whole time or do you get a nap in, as its a whole day event...
  18. Chuck, great TP update! The koala pic matches up, if not overtakes, the hummel boy pic in my book!!
  19. My mom says I'm cool... You're 14, so thats required from mom...once ya hit 16, not so much buddy LOL
  20. Sandy Lake was and still is the park if your company needs a place for a summer bbq, which btw is some of the best in the area. My moms company used to have them there yearly, so Im quite intimate w/ that pool and The Pretzel!! Thanks man for doing a quick TR on a place I used to spend so much of my childhood at!!
  21. Says the woman who de-buns and skins her hot doggies before she eats them To me, ride nerds, and nerds/geeks as a whole are some of the coolest people I know. They have passion about things and how they work. It'll be fun to meet you folks here in a few weeks
  22. Robb, smashing media day coverage even though the weather sucked...You guys whetted my appetite for TPR event day, eventhough they decided to install sneeze guards on the ride LOL.. I will throw in one thing: Id like to see the big skillets, which are normally used during Texas Heritage Festival, out year-round. Man that would be better than the junk they sell during the regular season, it's more Texan to me than selling chili-cheese dogs IMHO
  23. Having seen the ride in test mode a couple of weeks ago, im excited for this bad boy to be up and running, not to mention seeing all your smiling faces in my hometown park..
  24. You got that right, murphy has an amazing swing. I love how the "leering sporting press" has caught onto the "josh hamilton drug use" bandwagon, even fmr. Rangers manager Bobby Valentine. I like the guy likes to play rough ball, but he has to realize he's getting older and needs to wind it back some.. BTW, anyone who's coming for the TX. Giant Bash, would you be up for some baseball at "The Temple?" Rangers have a 7:05 game that friday night vs. the Halos and a 2:05 sunday matinee game as well..
  25. If we're going to discuss disturbing films, I have two id like to throw this into this flaming pile The Hottie And The Nottie, "starring" Paris Hilton. Holy Christ on a flaming cross was that horrible. Zyzzyx Road with Tom Sizemore is a close second...
