Wow. The future is not looking too bright for Darien Lake as a Six Flags park.

Topless Ted = Hot! Sea of Humanity = Insane Great TR, I don't think I would have been able to put up with the park being that crowded. I would have taken one look and ran away screaming. Geauga Lake is one of those parks I've always wanted to visit, but never get around to visiting. None of the coasters look like anything special, so I don't really know why I want to go there. But I do! hehe.

I totally stayed at that Econo Lodge back in '96. Great trip report. Some Guy is awesome.

Once again, I say, Boomerangs are NOT a fad. They are very popular with the GP, have been around for 20 years, and are continuing to be built. Please don't confuse a "fad" with something you used to ride when you were younger that lost its thrill as you got older and rode more coasters.

^I hate Ferris wheels. Plus I live like 10 minutes away from it and can go whenever I want. The site for the Topple Tower is right near the entrance for Dragon Mountain, in the back corner of the park.

^Just to respond to a post you made earlier, Casey, yes, I am a Casey fangirl! Everybody, don't be put off into thinking the trip was really clique-y. It really wasn't. I hung out with a different group of people every day. I found everyone to be quite friendly, I felt that I could go up and talk to anybody or hang out with any of the 50-whatever people on the trip and feel right at home. In fact, when I signed up for the trip, I had not met a single person from TPR. I had only talked to about four people on the trip, then in May I met Derek and Paul. Trip was in June. That's it. Everybody else was an unknown to me, and I left the trip with about 10-15 people I consider friends, still try to keep in contact with, and would hang out with again in a heart beat. So sign up for the trips if you want to meet a bunch of cool people and ride some awesome coasters!
