So Nicole lives on an island... Which side should I wave to you from the highway that runs through it? I'll be sure to wave when I pass MFI on my way to Toronto for New Year's this Saturday! Just wave at the Silver Comet. That's good enough for me.

Yay! I live a half mile from Martin's Fantasy Island, and I used to work there! The park is usually open weekends in May from like 12-7 or something like that. It doesn't move to 6 days a week until mid-June. It's always closed on Mondays. I second the after 5-pm admission idea. There is not a days worth of stuff to do there unless you spend several hours at the water park, or have kids with you and spend time in the kiddy park. You can have plenty of time to ride everything and get several rides on the Silver Comet if you go when the park is open until 8:30.

I don't believe all the crap about a nurse. I think that was a publicity ploy. I don't think the park would have operated a coaster for 20 years that caused enough problems for the riders that they would need to have a nurse on duty. Then again, people weren't as sue-happy in the 1920's-40's.

Hey, Colin! Die! My dad has credits at Worlds of Fun and Opryland that you'll never get! My 2006 was the most insane year ever. I went from thinking Canada's Wonderland was a far drive (90 mins) to driving 7 hours and thinking "Oh, this isn't bad". I think my mother is pretty much convinced that I'm insane now. I went from like 42 credits to 136, and went overseas for the first time. And ended my year at my first non-CP Cedar Fair park, where I rode my first looping Schwarzkopf. Found a coaster that made me cry. And was introduced to some awesome dark rides. I was reunited with an old love! Got back to Marineland, which is like 5 miles from my house but I haven't been to in almost 10 years I got to visit a park I've been meaning to for a while... Kennywood And found my new favorite coaster. (I also found a new favorite park, but I don't have an "overview" photo of it!) The UK trip! I finally got to ride the coaster I've been obsessed with for like 10 years. A couple weeks (?) before the UK trip, Paul and I went to Seabreeze (first time for both of us). The guests there that day were.... interesting. This visit was special because it's when I met Derek, and had my first evac from a coaster - Skyrider! My year started off at PCW, the park I visited every year from age 3-18.

Parks open and close every year. I don't think this is a big deal.

I have a highly organized system... Every shoe is accounted for. I also forgot to mention I have a pair of rather large, pink, fuzzy slippers.

There is beer with cocoa in it?? And beer with chamomile in it? I might end up liking beer after all! (ok probably not)

I think he just cooked up a bunch of random stuff in the hopes that inspiration would come to him somewhere along the way.

I find it amusing that no girls have answered this yet. I have: 3 pairs of knee-high boots (one lace-up, one zip, one pull on) 3 pairs of sneakers (one black, two white) 2 pairs of espadrilles (one gold, one brown) 7 pairs of dress heels (some brown, some black) 2 pairs of wedge heels (one red, one tan) 3 pairs of flip flops 2 pairs of dressy flats (one red, one black) Yeah I have a lot of shoes.
