Im glad that the Demon is finally getting its much needed paint job! I expect it to really shine once it is all done with the process. The park also mentioned that the Grizzly is getting worked on once again as well. Im hoping that they are a addressing that second turn around slam that seems to happen.

I'm not sure how well fast lane will work for the park. Considering when I go during the week during the summer season, Flight Deck will have about a 1-3 train wait. Fright Lane however should benefit the park, with how busy Haunt got towards the end of the year. I will be looking into the Fright Lane pass for a better experience!

Some of the black paint is still present today also! If you look at the first support before you go up the stair case into the station you can see some of the paint that has peeled through over the white/grey color.

Im going to be near the park on Friday, if there is any progress on Flight Deck and Demon (that is visible). I will try to take some pictures of the re-painting process.

That's the whole reason the 49ers wanted a new stadium, they wanted to be able to host the Super Bowl and have a shiny new place. Yet there are people still fighting over the stadium. There are the ones who don't want it to leave SF and there are the people of Santa Clara who don't want it at all.

Renewing is definitely the way to go especially since you get to skip that long line and process. The only think that stopped me from renewing last year was Costco had gold passes for $60 which was worth it!

It also seems that the stadium seemed to have an effect on the city and jump start everything. Meaning they are practically asking the park to make new investments.

I really hope that this means we will finally see a new ride in the park for 2013 season. Hopefully we can find out sooner rather than later, and hopefully that ride is a new coaster for the park.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were ahead on Carsland. Seeing how fast things seem to be going up I wouldn't be surprised. If BVS opens in June that would be a miracle.

The last I heard was the planned month for opening was June. Nothing has officially been announced as of yet, I would imagine that it would open in June as it appears progress is being made fairly quickly.

Im glad that the rides are all mostly walk on! I'm going next Thursday so it seems that lines aren't too bad. About how long was the line for Roar? I rode is back in late June and it was very rough. I was just wondering if I should even bother giving it a second chance.

I might be going to the park next week to check out Holiday in the Park. I was wondering, how are the crowds usually during Holiday in the Park?

^^ I agree the first drop used to be painful at times, since the re-tracking it has ran a lot smoother. It is even running 30 seconds faster than it has in the past. (We were told this at Bay Area Bash.)
