  1. Yes Are you wearing shoes?
  2. ^ They probably had similar incidents at Astroworld...
  3. That is one messed-up looking ride...
  4. I'm afraid it's not gonna be the same, but nobody in Memphis really cares about the team anymore so it doesn't matter.
  5. More Dollywood photos! They make me homesick for this place... I agree about Mystery Mine, the second half is better than the first.
  6. I don't know if this is possible, but it would be cool if you could there was a filter that would separate the parks that are operating from those that have since closed. I know there aren't that many, but it'd still be a cool feature maybe down the road.
  7. Update Year 4 Hola mis amigos! Edificio grande! Este esta mi favorito! Avispa! Work has begun on next year's new attraction, which is said to be big! It will be a family ride. The area under construction is past Avispa towards the Palacio Real. Mas, pronto!
  8. Yeah I wonder if Shapiro had been in control during that time would he have done the same or sold the park to PARC...
  9. Great trip report, their boomerang looks pretty good in its location.
  10. The search works great as far as I can tell. When you search "Six Flags" it displays all of the parks, updates, a video, and then it shows some photos related to X and the Thomas press event. Does the search bring up the most recent photos posted? It seems like a cool feature. Everything looks good. Still simple, though, which is good.
  11. Chapter 2 Apocalypse Part I I'm not homesick. I hated home. I had no freedom. Dad was alive when democracy ended. I wonder what it would have been like... The earth began with a boom but it ended with a louder one. Yesterday seemed like the most normal day you could have in a dictated community. I lived in Raleigh, States of Euro-America. It was once Raleigh, North Carolina. We knew this was coming. We didn't know exactly when. The sirens began to sound... it was time. I ran past the old dilipated house that had been sealed off by the government during the influenza outbreak decades ago. I wasn't sure if we were going to make it to the AeroBach in time... It was coming closer and closer... it was really happening. I know some of my friends didn't make it to the ship. I'm trying not to dwell on it. It seems like we barely made it off of the ground before the whole area became engulfed in fire. The others had nowhere to go... It all seems unimaginable to me... that it's actually happened. Chapter 3 coming next week...
  12. It pays to go through old family albums! My mom and my grandparents went to the park way back in 1971 when it was only about 3 years old. Sorry for the quality, I couldn't find my grandma's SD card.... Thanks for viewing. When was the globe taken out? They had some cool characters. The park had a nice entrance plaza... did it still look similar to this when it closed? I had never seen a themed Chance Toboggan before this. I'm guessing this is from the Astroneedle? Swamp Buggy
  13. Looks great Robb, I even saw a couple of my trip reports in there, thanks for adding them. The only thing I found when using the index is when you sort by country this is shown at the top: This might have already been brought up but I thought I'd mention it.
  14. Nice trip report. Anybody know what that construction is for at Nickelodeon Universe? It might have already been mentioned.
  15. Update Year 4 Hola! I got the chance to go "backstage" to get some new shots of MetroAcelerar. Grande! I got off work early today so I get to see the plaza while its still packed. Que una vista bonita! Mas, pronto!
  16. These Gatlinburg are awesome! Most people stop in Pigeon Forge and never go through the wild hairpin-turn-ridden journey to Gatlinburg! Ober Gatlinburg is a "been there already" place. One time is more than enough. I describe it as being an A.T.T.S.S. (Advanced Tourist Trap Stuck in the Seventies). Nice trip report.
  17. There are windows there but they disappear when I zoom out. You can see one in the last picture.
  18. Nice park - great use of custom scenery keep up the good work.
  19. Update Year 4 Hola! Como estas? Vultura es grande! Avispa This plaza seems to be the most popular area of the park. Mas, pronto!
  20. Chapter 1 The Journey My name is Luna Diaz. I am leaving my home and heading for the colony. Our old home can no longer sustain life. We had to leave quickly. The colony started with a loud boom. Millions of us are now on our way to The Colony. Some left early, some did not make it out of our home. Today we know more about The Colony than we ever did. It was once a beautiful landscape... It was home to a wide variety of life. We believe The Colony had a very wet climate. However, the cool nighttime rains kept The Colony lush and green. We have reason to believe it was mostly made up of thousands of mountains... ...with rivers running in between them. Fossils indicate the birds were of the most rare kind... Chapter 2 coming soon.
  21. Magic Springs is a great park and I hope PARC keeps up with what the park has been doing since the park reopened.
  22. ^ Yeah I knew something looked different about it. Great trip report, this sounds like an awesome event.
  23. Looks great! You might want to use the "David Walsh" cheat to remove the interface in your photos.
