Update Year 5 Hola! Year 5 Overview Mas, pronto!

That made me laugh. I liked the old one better, but this is more professional... but on the other hand, do they want to convey a "professional" image? Amusement parks are supposed to be fun and thrilling, not really professional.

I say get up and move on ACE... Whether or not you had a chance, it doesn't really matter as someone bought the ride. At least that's my take on it.

^ The Zippin Pippin at Libertyland (similar layout) was sold for $2,500 and its still sitting at the defunct park 2 years later.

I still don't use Firefox...

^ I'm sure she's telling the truth there, but I remember there were a few instances with this group back in '06 during the Libertyland auction where they twisted a few numbers in the end. But that might not be a big deal.

Chapter 3 Apocalypse Part II I can still hear the screams... they're ringing in my ears. We nearly crashed in a city near the west coast. Those people had no chance... no chance at all. We knew the planet was near its end. This used to be a major river, and by the time of its end... it was down to nearly nothing. The planet was so dry... it simply cracked... vaporizing all of those who were still on it. We should have been more prepared. Unimaginable... Everything humanity has worked for... gone. This was the last picture I saw of home... of Earth. My home. But now we can only look forward... Chapter 4 coming later this week...

Apparently that whole area with the carnival rides is only temporary. Hey Robb, was that Racer coaster still there?

Update Year 5 Announcement The ride's entrance is the centerpiece of a new area of the park, "Tierra de Don Quixote" The rafts contain onboard speakers that will narrate the ride's scenes. The rafts travel through several different scenes including this village.

Great trip report, Robb and Elissa. I didn't realize how close the Christ Methodist Church was to the park! I hope the park adds another major attraction... maybe a true water ride.

Past physics and all that stuff, this looks like an awesome concept. That feeling would probably be more exciting than you think. I bet it might work better if they started it out on a smaller scale say a dark ride or something similar.

The Happening 7.0/10 I'm a big Shyamalan fan (minus Lady in the Water and The Village) so I was looking forward to this movie. I had read some bad reviews and general negative word of mouth from people who had been to previews but overall I thought it was a pretty good movie. Not as good as Signs or The Sixth Sense but it kept me entertained. I thought the acting was a bit odd but I think that's what he was aiming for. I recommend this movie to anybody. Kung Fu Panda 6.5/10 I like Dreamworks Animation movies but this one was a bit off for me. It didn't have the same kind of laugh-out-loud moments some of Dreamworks other movies usually have. It wasn't a bad movie, it had a few good laughs, and the story was great, but something about it wasn't that great. I had to look at my phone to see what time it was because I was getting bored with it. Maybe that's just me though. Overall, okay movie but wouldn't put it on my favorite list.

Another Shyamalan film, I watched Unbreakable earlier today. From reading the description I wasn't sure what to expect out of it, but it was a decent film that had its moments. Kept me entertained. 7.5/10

Thunderhead is the best ride in the park, without a doubt. (for me at least)
