My school has already started back, but alot have yet to start. I'm a senior this year! Here's my schedule: 1st - Study Hall 2nd - Spanish III Honors 3rd - English 12 4th - Pre-Calculus Honors 5th - Economics 6th - U.S. Government What classes are you taking this year and when do you start back?

Update Year 32 Aloha! Year 32 is still going strong here at Hershey's Hawaiian Escape! The train passes under Peregrine's station. There was a good crowd riding it today. Here's Phoenix - all by itself in the "lonely" corner of the park. Maybe someday there will be some more rides back here. It looks like a flying coaster would fit well back here! Skyline shot! Tantalus is still giving powerful but smooth rides. Up the lift hill... Up another lift hill! More soon. _________ HHE history story: In May of 2007, I thought I had finished Hershey's Hawaiian Escape at Year 20-something. The last attraction to be built was a "giga-impulse" (300 feet tall). Needless to say, it wasn't well-received with my "previewers", so I took a break and then finished the park with Peregrine. But after Peregrine, I went ahead and built a coaster that would have been the first coaster when the park returned in September of 2007. It was a B&M flyer situated around Phoenix. It was dark purple and had black supports; it featured a pretzel loop and several flyovers. But when my computer crashed in June of 2007, it was lost. Who knows what would have happened if that coaster had stayed... Maybe it would have been good, maybe it wouldn't have... I know one thing - FlyUira never would have existed!

It's blocked on our school's computers... but I got it on my phone so it's all good.

^ Thank you! Update Year 8 Hola! We are coming up on the end of the season! Construction has already begun on next year's HUGE addition. Avispa has been offering up some great photo ops lately! Construction walls have begin to go up surrounding the area behind Avispa's inversions. What do you think the new addition will be? Mas, pronto!

Hey did we ever figure out where that mystery dive machine track was going?... It'll probably be some drop ride. Perhaps one even smaller than Liberty Launch for the little kids.

Update Year 32 Aloha and welcome to another year at Hershey's Hawaiian Escape! One of the best kiddie rides at the park is the Dino Ride. Alot of insiders are saying this will be Peregrine's last year. That'll be a short run! Tantalus stands tall over this area of the park. I love the early season - nobody's here! I got several rides on Tidal Wave today. Climbing the lifthill is provides a great view. The longest line in the park was for the Kissing Tower! Always a great shot... Red Zone had a good number of riders in line today. It's still a very rough ride. Good shot of Tidal Wave from the bridge. Tango! I hope this ride doesn't close... More soon.

Hmm... They make it seem like its no big deal but it doesn't sound too good.

If I could vote this November (10 months shy), I'd be voting for Obama. I'm not too knowledgable on many of the aspects of government, but the U.S. government course I'm taking should take care of that. One of the few things that is important to me right now is the rebuilding of the gulf coast. Obama seems to have a much better plan than McCain. When asked what to do with the Ninth Ward in New Orleans, McCain's answer was to "tear it down or something". (He later "forgot" saying this) The age factor also affects who I'd vote for but I don't feel like going into that...

I'm going with Cobra or King Cobra.

Update Pre-Opening Hello again! I have more pictures from my exclusive tour of Orleans Aquarium! Here's a view of the exterior during the day. More seating inside. The giant turtle is my favorite part of the actual restaurant. Even more seating areas! A new information kiosk has also opened at the base of the coaster's massive structure. It looks like a place where you'll be able to purchase odds and ends for your day at the boardwalk. Lots of progress! Check back soon for more updates.

Update Pre-Opening Hello again! Construction is happening at a fast rate here so I have a big update for you. Tonight I got a tour of another new restuarant: Orleans Aquarium. As you enter Orleans Aquarium you'll see this huge wall. If you look to the right you'll see the seating area. This place will have a high capacity when it opens. Here is the entrance to the actual walk-through aquarium. I'm told it will be for paying customers only. Shark! Check back soon for more!

A few weeks ago I somehow got tied down into going to an antique mall. I figured it would be boring, but they actually had several cool things on display. All the way from toy guns to Playboy magazines from the 70's. It was pretty sweet. I was flipping through a box of postcards when I came across two tickets from Rebel Railroad, which is today known as Dollywood. I also found a postcard from Wiener Prater. I'm not exactly sure when it's from but I'd say 60's or 70's. You can view the hi-res versions of them here.

I think a Nintendo park would be a great place for the world's first Robo-Coaster.

Blame? "The standard"? Hahahahaha. You guys are hilarious. How many terrain megacoasters with this exact sequence of elements has B&M produced that it's a "standard" now? You guys are acting like this a Morgan hyper or a Batman clone or something. I don't really get how this is a terrain coaster... But that aside, all I was saying is that people have been jumping on B&M's case about the ride being to similar to other hypers. Cedar Fair is probably asking them for a similar ride. It works. I realize this isn't an exact copy. I've said several times I'm impressed with this ride.

Raging Bull seems to be a pretty unique hyper, but I think that was more because they had a limited amount of space to work with. I don't think B&M is to blame here. I'm sure CF is asking them for "the standard".

I was only eight when I went so I didn't ride any coasters but I rode all three of the water rides and I thought they were all great. I recommend Festhaus for eating at, it was pretty cool and the food was good. And don't let the rain stop you, we went on a rainy day and there were hardly any lines, and the rain wasn't bad enough to close any of the rides.
