  1. That's what I meant to type. I was half asleep last night while I was typing.
  2. Nice TR but where were the coaster pics? I love Dollywood!
  3. Continuing on my geeky-childish backyard park obsession, I've made yet another ride. And no I didn't get it from the movie FotP!!! This ride is in Stevenson Studios park (the upstairs of our house) since My friends and I have made over 25 movies there. Now onto the ride. You enter into the room through the game room into the ride room. You sit down in the office chair and put on the old seatbelt I use. The ride starts out with a strobe light blasting you as you sit down. I tell you the rules (for the little ones that ride). Then you start out in the "space craft on the taxi. You pass by a motion picture of a city and a recorded narrator says that might be the last sight of earth you see. The music is great! I use some slow Star Wars/classical space music for the taxi. The calming music comes to a screeching halt as you stop the narrartor turns on ignition etc. and you count down 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1.. LAUNCH. I hurtle the chair across the room while shaking it into a regular old ramp that I bought from Toys-r-Us. It spins at the top and heads back down. It spins and stuff then you stop at my PC for the 3D portion of the ride. You've landed on a planet and you are sucked into the track jetstream (coaster section). After that you hurtle back towards earth but you land in the middle of a meteor field. The music goes great with this part. Its the same music as when Anakin & Obi Wan are fighting at the end of Star Wars. If little kids are riding I grab the top of the chair and start spinning. I've heard this part is more intense than spinning coasters! (Zamperela!) Then you speed up the ramp and go back to the loading area. I'm sure that was confusing! In the last few days I've had about 20 people ride it and I've heard it's awesome. I know it's geeky but its so cool when you see people older than you screaing! Here's the promo line for the ride: Every mission has a beggining, Every experiment has a test.
  4. Cool- I was just curious. Have fun in Europe. (Yall deserve the break!)
  5. Who is this person listed as the moderater ASS-istants?
  6. Today my parents got the new Life magazine in the paper and I read the rollercoaster section. It mostly talked about Blue Flash and this years new attractions. These are the ones they featured Kingda Ka The world's tallest and fastest, period. Rockets from a dead stop to 128mph in 3.5 seconds, then shoots to a 456 ft. crest. Super-rider Steve Gzesh calls it a "one of the most exhillerating thrills around". Sheikra This "dive" coaster plunges riders 200 vertical ft. twists them through an inverted loop, then drops them another 138 feet into an underground tunnel. The finale? Riders shoot through a wall of water. Hydra: The Revenge You don't really ride Hydra, you dangle from it-through narrow canyons around zero G corkscrews into a sepintine "cobra roll". Paul Ruben, editor of Park World, raves, "The best of floorless coasters." Powderkeg They promise this ride is "family friendly", but you and the kids will still be pushing almost 4 G's, tilting through banked turns and rattling through three massive hills on this ride through the Ozarks. Hades this wooden-tracked rookie features a 140ft. drop and coasterdom's longest below-surface tunnel. Says Gzesh: "Some of the most extreme banking I've ever seen on a woodie." To me this seemed like a Travel Channel show in a book. Anybody else seen it?
  7. Yup- My signature says it all!
  8. Yeah I know Episode III is the "final" installment in the Star Wars saga but they thought it was over after the first three episodes. What do you think will happen next and what will the next movie be about.
  9. I downloaded it but its so big it won't work on RCT3! Any tips for it getting it to work.
  10. Great TR! I loved all the photos. It seemed like it was cloudy most of the time. That's not that bad- It usually keeps the crowds away!
  11. I've seen a Sheikra video and Robb's Powderkeg but that's all.
  12. Oh sorry- I've never heard of that code. I'll umm.. investigate it!
  13. That kind of situation sends chills down my back. Being latched in with wasps or whatever swarming all around you. I hope they fix it or else I see a possible lawsuit from somebody!
  14. Awesome TR! I'd do anything to go there this summer!
  15. Great TR! About Libertyland, you went at the right time. The park just hired a firm to completely redo the park. Before that the service was bad and it was trashy. It has, IMO, gotten alot better thatn it was last year! Also, did you get a chance to ride Rebellion? It's only a couple years old.
  16. Sound like you had a pretty crappy day! Did they ever fix your season pass? About the coming into the park with all the cars. That's happened to us at SFGam. Great TR with good ole' six flags!
  17. < The thing down here is a signature!
  18. It's good to see that park doing well. Wasn't that flume originally from Opryland USA?
  19. Found it. Thanks!
  20. Great TR. I loved the pictures! That park seems really great! How were the lines?
  21. Could you change mine to: Open 24 Hours A Day! Thanks
  22. It was actually pretty funny- I had gotten out of the ball pit went inside to my parents; collapsed on the floor; had the seizure; ambulance came; I attacked paramedics because I thought I was still in the ball pit and they were trying to kill me. Went to the E.R. then went home. That next week I got whatever I wanted. It was pretty scary but these days I just laugh it off.
  23. Great TR! I might be going to CP this fall and I can't wait! TGI Friday's owns. We just got a new one in Memphis and it's so cool! It's my favorite place to eat.
  24. ^^Well the thing is the day before I had the seizure I was electrecuted(low shock-don't ask). So they think that probablt contributed to it also. I rode backwards for 2 hours. This is 30 seconds. I'm sure I'll be fine.
