  1. Wait, seriously? Wow, they under-utilize the capability of that base with Minions. I get that it's a family ride and all but c'mon, grow some balls. Given that BTTF/Simpsons have the side doors, it makes sense. The motion of BTTF would most likely chuck people out the side of DM! But yes, they are the same motion bases.
  2. Jet Coaster--Nagashima Spa Land
  3. It's too bad that Dominator was closed, but you're not missing much when it comes to Hurler.
  4. I like water parks quite a bit; for example, I think Splashin' Safari has the two best rides at Holiday World (Wildebeest and Mammoth).
  5. Hurricane--Central Park (Japan)
  6. You have to ride Minions first thing in the morning to avoid interminable lines. It took me two visits before I rode Minions, and the ride was OK, at best--definitely not worth waiting more than 10 or 15 minutes for. Glad you had a great time at these great parks.
  7. Dauling Dragon--Happy Valley Wuhan (China)
  8. It's not a legion of fans, its a Cult of Worshippers, and don't you forget it. This is serious business. LMAO. This is so because it has a giant, freakin' skull!
  9. That was a great day. The Safari was better than expected, and the park really came through for the group.
  10. Pecan Smoked Porter at the Virginia Beer Company (new microbrewery in Williamsburg)--good stuff.
  11. Zola 7 (defunct)--Fuji Q

  13. I thought Roar was OK, but I haven't been to the park for a few years; however, I greatly prefer Wild One.
  14. This would be a good use for Gwazi wood, too.
  15. Tempesto--Busch Gardens Williamsburg
  16. Quicksilver Express--Gilroy Gardens
  17. ^Yeah, they tired to do way too much with that movie. They completely wasted "Doomsday."
  18. Although I enjoyed the first BTTF movie, I wasn't crazy about the two that followed, and was never fond of the ride.
  19. Odin Express--Kurashiki Tivoli Park (Japan)
  20. ^All in favor of a Dragon Challenge that actually duels, say "aye."
  21. The grand-opening fireworks/projection show looked very impressive.
  22. Is it the legendary "Boomerang of Power" forged by Sauron?
  23. Since it's almost a year until it's opening, I expect them to milk/tease it as long as possible. I wouldn't expect it until late summer...but you never know. Yes, they're taking the "anti-Tempesto" approach this time.
  24. I think those are the two best parts, as well.
