Screamin' is meant to look like a wooden coaster, therefore, it will stay white, which is a good thing. It's Intamin, don't screw with it..any more than they already have -cough-trimskilledairtime-cough-. Anyone else find it kind of funny they left the Maliboomer turn from the poster when the rest of the ride was there? I honestly think this expansion isn't the best way to go with the park but hey, it's too late to stop it now so I'm not going to whine with what we get. This whole expansion just doesn't fit "California", that's the main thing that bugs me...could this be forshadowing of a name chage for Disney's Construction Adventure?

Even if it's too late for this month I'll compete next time, this screen was from a week ago...MUCH has changed, nothing removed. SCR11.BMP Just an ordinary screen right? SCR12.BMP VERY, VERY, WRONG! -

AlmereStars, that, my friend, is a masterpiece of CS! I can't wait to see even more! -
I've been working on this for about....3-4 months off and on, doing little tidbits so don't expect updates more than maybe 1-2 times a month. Project Real Backstory I always here people whinning about how RCT's basic scenery can't make anything look even slightly realistic. This project is going to be completely NCS (No Custom Scenery, Rides, Coasters, Stalls, or anything else custom) and decided to prove them wrong. Project Real was born. The Resort Project Real is going to consist of three basic areas: Theme Park: A classic entrance greets visitors in a large open plaza, beckoning them into a world of family fun. So far, only one attraction has been built, Hornet, and B&M Sitdown. Hotel: a large multi-story hotel complex with a small pool in the center. Atlantis Bay Waterpark: Since I like the Atlantis Theming in RCT3 I decided to theme the waterpark to it. The waterpark has a seperate parking lot, but the hotel uses this parking as well. Updates:Update One: January 25, 2011. Update Two: TBA Pictures: Shot0247.bmp The entrance to the parking lot, with Hornet, the B&M, in the backround. Shot0248.bmp Overview of the parking lot Shot0249.bmp The parking lot and Hornet. Shot0251.bmp The classic style entrance and ticket booths, which are my favorite part of the park so far. This took me a while to get right. Shot0253.bmp Backside of the entrance building. Inside, you find guest services, and information about the park. Shot0252.bmp I'll leave with this shot of Hornet. Thanks for reading and PLEASE I would like so feedback, especially for people who are NCS skeptics! Thanks again!

Shot0236.bmp I love the entrance to the park Mr. Heart, do you? Shot0237.bmp The park looks great in the mid-morning sun. Shot0238.bmp Firework Flyer is attractive as ever. Shot0239.bmp I love the look of Thunder Racer! Shot0240.bmp Magi Maelstrom has gotten a little harder to maintain than anticipated. Shot0241.bmp But we can't forget the crown of the park, Kitanzi! Shot0242.bmp The new train house has been completed! Shot0243.bmp The two other trains have arrived! We start testing them tomorrow! Shot0244.bmp This is the space for the two trains currently running. Shot0245.bmp It matches the station's colors! Shot0246.bmp How's the ride look from the roof? Even more impressive? -
The most rare coaster credits
SoCalCoasters replied to Stitch's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Robb, you might want to check RCDB, because I believe half of Carprio's coasters fall into that category! Also, what shot the two coasters from Wild West World, did they get sold? -
The most rare coaster credits
SoCalCoasters replied to Stitch's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
My only "rare" credit was Spellbreaker at Legoland CA. A cursed Single Rail Racing Coaster made by Caripro in 2000 It was only there for 2-3 years, and total operating days was most likely the equivalent to a year and a half or so... I only count it as on coaster, but it did indeed have two sides and I rode them both...so is it two credits? -

Oh, I'm sorry I didn't see that when I checked last week. I'm afraid I'll have to say No on that one because I want the ride to -look- Intamin, extended track makes it lose that Intamin touch... Sorry -

Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said

Heard a gem when I went to Legoland the other day: Kid: Mommy what's that thing over there! -Points Towards Technic Coaster- (aka Mack Wild Mouse) Mother: There is no way we are going on that, how do they steer the cars around those turns without falling? We could get hurt. Me: This is a roller coaster, they have wheels attatched to the track (note that you can clearly see the ride's true wheels) so you don't fall out. Kid: Mommy let's go on it! Mother: Do you think I'm an idiot? I can see those giant wheels, they are not under the track! http://www.rcdb.com/1144.htm?p=7525 Really? I don't think those are real wheels, but that's just a hunch... -

I visited Octotron on it's intended opening day, December 17th, and was greeted by construction walls, great to see it running. As for the Giant Dipper, I had the worst ride of my life on it when I went, how was it? Those Morgan Trains arew just pure crap.. -

looks interesting, to say the least... didn't someone say it was going to have a Vampire Theme? Anyway, 14 meters? How high is Revenge Of The Mummy at USH? If I recall, it's shorter than that, and is a great ride... I have faith in Gertslauer, seeing as Mystery Mine, Curse Of Novorgod and SAW have excellent theming and layouts, don't be so quick to judge them... -

I do hope Led Z does get built again somewhere, I'd hate to see such a large coaster rot after such a short life. Actually I can see a large appeal for LZ for one reason: The Audio. It makes sense, a large coaster, used, but with a special feature like that, make it a likely purchase. I wonder where the rollerskater is going...it seems like a ride that would sold quickly to a small park. As for the two Permier Fail-types, I don't see them going any park.... With the lawsuits on the ride vehicles for one, and CRAPacity on the other, there future seems bleak... As different as those rides were, I don't think any parks really would want them...

Steelworx are allowed, and yes, you can use in-gaem supports, either one is fine, and I won't deduct points.
