In one miserable week... Huge Algebra 2 Trig Test AP World History 3 Chapters in One Test Chemistry Test English Mural Project English 8+ page research paper And not to mention that same English teacher made a comment to another class behind my back that had disgusting sexual connotations about me. and that's not the first time he's done something to me or many others that I qualify as harassment...I seriously question why the petition to have him fired a few years back failed, even when another TEACHER was backing the students. Needless to say I had a crappy week.

Very cool! I've always loved your coaster models, and this one is no exception! Great work as always and continue pumping out these amazing models! Speaking of models, what do you do with the completed ones? I know you have several of the big ones from WOF at the exhibit, but what do you do with the smaller models like this one?

Alton Towers Discussion Thread

Just because Th13teen wasn't correctly marketed doesn't mean you have to ignore this one. It's actually quite cool, and carries on the Nemisis theme quite well with what we've seen so far. AS for those pictures... Didn't someone mentioned War of the Worlds as a possible theme for the coaster? That little spider tower reminds me a LOT of the Alien Vehicles from WoTW. -
This. The whole con arguement is that people will be enraged because THEY didn't use time management in most cases. Yes, there could be some exceptions, and poor little Billy might not get to ride that big attraction, but as a whole it's a smart, calculated business decision that I'm surprised took them this long to make.

I've been temped to check, but I think my computer would explode from being subjected to all the fury. Didn't they say it was still like a 15 min window after your time before they would start refusing people? If you plan your day accordingly, and take into account the parade times + routes and take care to avoid them, I don't see this being a huge problem...I don't think this is going to ruin any guest's experience, except ones who take advantage of the system and aren't aknowledged of its change before their next visit.

Ignorance is like finding out that you live near one of the Legendary Disney Imagineers, and for years had no idea how amazing he was. Bliss is like remembering that the model railroad with a Matthorn/Village in front of his house is what got you into theme parks in the first place. -
I'll be completely honest in saying I've never actually "cheated" with a Fastpass at the Disney Parks. I've just come back during the allotted time slot. Doesn't mean I'm not a "seasoned" park visitor, it just means I've planned my day around the Fastpass times I received, and I still have a fun time. Be thankful Disney even has a free system that functions decently.

I've seen the braking system in action before during an E Stop, and the ride slows down incredibly fast and smooth. Plus, that's why VekomaGIBs and Invertigos have the cage gates, because the station doesn't actually brake the ride. Frankly, V2 is the best of the Impulse coasters. the ride experience is incredibly unique and varies heavily based on what seat you are in. It fits perfectly at SFDK, and I don't want or see it leaving anytime soon.

To be honest there really isn't even enough here to warrant a whole thread in my book, actually get a decent amount of complete looking work done before posting a thread. What you have looks ok, but as Paradise said, there's a incredibly large excess of concrete paths and little in terms of cohesion.

Bell Gardens [RCT3]
SoCalCoasters replied to SoCalCoasters's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I see you noticed the hint in the background....can you guess what this waterfall is part of as well? A rapids ride wouldn't have taken up the black void of a plot of land in the back of the park, and the two RCT3 designs weren't too appealing to me. This addition fits much better. Here's an album of nightscape photos from the park, and contains some of the best pictures I've ever taken in the game! Did you look at the picture? Not to mention... Never. The entire point of this park was to create a theme park with a traditional feel. Intamin and B&M don't fit here...If you'd look through the thread, it's not supposed to be that kind of park. Do you see Knobels getting a B&M Hyper? Or an Intamin Accelerator? No. -

I'd say late to mid 1990's, which is why the next addition fits right in. The last major plot of land will be used for.... Shot0698 (Copy).bmp A waterfall? -

Never. Thanks! Thank you! Schwarzwald means Black Forest in German. Small Update: Added a little Western Scene to the train ride, nicknamed Westencounter. Also a few general photos. Just something to note, I'm nearly finished with the park, one more new large scale attraction, and several small flat rides are all I have left to build before the park is officially completed. I hope to add even more vignettes like the Westencounter before I finish the park. Shot0693 (Copy).bmp I've since changed the train colors to a very patriotic color scheme. San Diego Zoo's Wild Safari Park TR

They changed the tram tour too?! Dammit they wrecked my childhood ! I used to live 15 minutes away from this place and would go with my family all the time. Why did they take out the monorail and put in these things? The park was becoming extremely worn out and run down. As part of a rejuvenation process they removed the WGASA Busch Line for a purported set of Two Eco Friendly Tram Tours, one of Africa, one of Asia. Sadly, the Asian loop never happened as of today, and the Asian area has declined drastically because of it. Not to mention the HUGE amount of eyesores left behind by the empty concrete tram beds running through the park...
