I saw the POVfrom yesterday and I agree with the MiB comparison. It looks like a extremely solid attraction, and for a mere 8 million dollars, I'm quite impressed with how in depth everything was!

When you think about it, the reason the ride stopped was because it detected a possible problem, or there was a computer error. So they're basically saying: "I want season passes to your park forever because the safety systems worked properly to avoid incident. I should be compensated!

And in terms of theming, it certainly didn't seem to be majorly cheap in any way. This new coaster looks cool, the concept sort of reminds me of the old Mayan Mindbender at Six Flags Astroworld, except this coaster looks like it will have better (actual) theming inside.

Yeah. This appears to be another one of those "standard 3D films" that can be adapted for theme park simulators or even the smaller scale ones in Malls etc.

^I don't think any of those descriptions are untrue, but since we are enthusiasts, those words in the descriptions have a different context that's automatically assumed.

This is why So Cal deserved Full Throttle and nothing better. Hey, we're gladly taking it!

It's looking great! The only suggestion I'd give you is to possibly alter the terrain paint a bit around the Mine train to give it a more mountainous feel. Looking forward to seeing what you show next!

^Well, technically speaking, Wocked at Lagoon does already have a vertical launch. I'd personally like to see more parks invest in an indoor flatride with a little theming and lights. Wipeout at Santa Cruz is a fantastic ride, and if it was outdoors, it would be rather boring for most. Sticking it indoors and adding that crazy lightshow is what makes it so fun and unique.

So like a the top half of the non-inverting loop from Rip Ride Rocket attached to the bottom half of a top hat? I imagine he's thinking something along the lines of a 720° roll where you roll once up into a top hat, then roll again as you exit down.
