  1. ^Awesome! If this is true, it will be interesting to see how CGA responds to all the capital going into SFDK.
  2. ^ I heard they're making adjustments to the Single Rider Line. Big mobs of people have been getting in that line in hopes of beating the regular line, rendering it useless. The SRL really needs it's own grouper. And yes, this ride needs mandatory lockers, just like X2 and El Toro.
  3. Grain of salt of course, but Screamscape is reporting that it may in fact be SFDK that receives the next Ibox transformation to Roar. The idea of a Medusa-like RMC in the same state as Twisted Colossus would be jaw dropping imo.
  4. I love Viper. But it sits on such prime land, that I can't imagine the park hasn't at least considered either removing it or transforming it. .
  5. I agree that not every coaster in an amusement park needs to be freshly painted. I like Xcelerator''s faded color. I also like Goliath's colors much better slightly faded, then I did when it was fresh.
  6. The NEW Kentucky Kingdom had the worst line cutting I have ever seen. SFMM is Disney by comparison.
  7. It's so weird to me hearing someone complain about something that is completely a choice. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Personally, these systems are awesome for me when I visit a park I've never been to, and have limited time to ride everything.
  8. Green Lantern is not rough. It's as smooth a ride as they come. But the ride doesn't spin as it should, causing the body to hang in uncomfortable positions.
  9. ^ Just like Cedar Point, Knotts, SFGam and others, SFMM will remove old, useless rides and shuffle things around to make room for a major addition. They could use this method into infinity. So worries about space are just silly.
  10. No matter who manufactures the giga, it will be really expensive. Giga coasters all have A LOT of something that is very expensive..... STEEL. RMC can iron-horse a ride like Texas Giant for $10 million because the support structure is already there, the footers are there, the lift hill is there etc; Doesn't have to be a giga in my book, just another awesome RMC creation. We've all learned that bigger doesn't always mean better.
  11. ^ If they're worried about budget, they could turn once again to RMC. By that time, there's no telling what they'll have in their repertoire.
  12. Well if Tatsu is any indication, staffing two stations really would be a chore for them.
  13. I have also heard rumors from other sources that Knotts will be the first to partner with RMC.
  14. 3 trains running. Excellent capacity. Park is struggling to load slow ass guests. lol
  15. ^^ Yeah screw that, I'd walk across and take a spin on Yolo instead. lol I am planning to hit the park on Wednesday. I wonder how long the lines will be during the week?
  16. Omg. This ride looks even more amazing than I initially thought. I suspect this will be the #1 coaster in the US.
  17. Those little hops are totally trippy in the front car!
  18. Um...holy crap! I was really looking forward to TC as a fun racer with some cool elements. I did not expect such awesome airtime ever going into SFMM. This ride is so good! I have to wait till September to marathon on this?
  19. Keep in mind the ride is not open yet. This is the time you want to work out the kinks with live people.
  20. Insane at Grona Lund made a few people's top 10, and this looks even better so...
