You have to be 21 to rent a car but you will pay extra insurance to do it. Avis charges an extra $27 a day which is probably about average. Thanks for the advice! Sir Clinksalot, Do you by any chance remember how much it cost to stay there?

My favorite coaster would have to be Yankee Cannonball. My favorite flat is Starblaster! Great airtime on both rides!

Hello everyone! I made another trip out to Lincoln Park the other day (with permission of course!) with some friends from work. I thought you guys would like some pictures of the Comet in it's current state! I hope you enjoy! Here's a artsy shot of the Comet. My last coaster of the 2011 season was Pandemonium at SFNE the day of the snow storm!

Does anyone know any good hotels next to knotts? I plan on flying into San Diego, spending a day or two at my brothers, then heading to SFMM really early in the morning the day of the event. Then Driving down to a hotel near Knotts so I won't have to wake up really early and drive in a ton of taffic. Also does anyone know how old do you have to be to rent a car in CA?

I can't wait! I'm going to try really hard this year to make it out there for my first WCB event!

Now that I work at a park, I do spend some time during the off season there. But if i'm not at the park, I try to focus on school, and hang with friends to try and pass the time.

R.I.P. Log Jammer. Now i'm really upset I couldn't ride it when i went to the park in 2003.
