GR has 3 rehabs a year: Before summer (now), after summer but before Haunt, immediately after haunt.

Crossing city streets is out of the question and has already been denied by Buena Park. IF a hyper coaster gets built and does "go out of the park," it will be towards the the back of Bigfoot Rapids and then to the south lot and back. Issue then will be the park's neighbors on Western.

It's still testing people. Give them time to make adjustments. It's not opening in an hour.

They should have made the straight section of track preceding the 2nd lift a MCBR.

Your family should trust you enough to not put your own child's safety at risk. Bottom line. I have an 8 year old and my mother wasn't happy that I talked her into riding CA Screamin' but she had to get over it and either realize that I'm obviously not going to put my child in harms way OR just be mad. Hate to say it like that but it's true. Just my .02.

I personally never had an issue with the old restraints but these look great as well.

There's a reason for that. They're reliable, great family coasters that are a hell of a lot of fun. It's hard to ride one without smiling/laughing the whole duration of the ride.

Whenever I see a picture of the re-painted Scream this is all I can think about... what's the point if they're not even going to cover up the parking lot under the ride? Personally I'd rather they didn't paint it and spend far less money on mulch, rocks, dirt... anything than they did on the new paint. That to me would be a bigger improvement. I would be happy with dirt underneath Scream. Unfortunately, that ship has sailed.......and sank.

When The Voyage was being designed, HW's maintenance team actually requested that they design the storage area to where the trains rest on the upstop wheels. This supposedly makes it easier to get up under the trains to work on stuff and inspect them. Also to eliminate flat spots on road wheels so that the ride would be smoother. Was B&M the first one to start doing it? And how can Intamin coasters stay so smooth without having to rest on upstop wheels or storage wheels? This is not so much the case anymore. B&M designed their maintenance tracks to offer easier accessibility to the wheel assemblies. I don't think it's to prevent flat spots on the wheels.
