  1. Those MagiQuests seem very kid friendly, and are really cool to be able to go around the resorts and find different things.
  2. Goliath at Six Flags Over Georgia. One of the trains are more rougher than the other. Yes, my picture!
  3. Yes, I saw the base of the 'A' arch and the rest of the top half was gone. Next is going to be the pull back tower. I might take a picture tomorrow while going to the airport.
  4. Just passed by KK and noticed that Sky Coaster was being taken down. First thing I've seen ever since the go karts being stored last year.
  5. ^ That seems like a better Idea. I remember my ride on it, I couldn't hear a thing. What about putting speakers on the track, instead of the roller coaster, in the station, on the lift, near the tunnel, and at the end of the ride. Hurricane Harbor expansion? We are talking about a coaster that people might chain themselves to if they decide to demo it and you want to put a water park expansion in it's place? I'd be onboard for a new coaster, maybe something indoor, i'll even accept a steel track over Hurricane Harbor. Umm, has anyone heard about the actual expansion? NEW IN 2010! Come splash and play in Mr. Six's Splash Island, designed especially for kids.
  6. Vampires are about to attack my house, which would work better? Garlic, or a TPR Pen?
  7. That building seems very spacious, bet you can see it from space! I like where they put the shot and drop ride.
  8. Wow, that looks like a very sad park the way it looks in the photos. Hopefully this park can successfully reopen because it does looks very interesting.
  9. ^Agreed, but I like T2 more than Thunder Run.
  10. ^... umm... close! Something tells me that Chang will be back in Kentucky Kingdom, I don't know why but I just got that feeling in the bottom of my feet (stand-up-coaster joke!... no?...hmm ). Chang was probably the best reason why most people would come to Kentucky Kingdom, otherwise they'll say KK has a great waterpark and some good rides.
  11. Something random... what?... the thread title told me to say it! Going to SFOG and Six Flags White Water soon, hopefully the weather channel is lying about the weather or else I'm gonna be pissed !
  12. I've been past that ferris wheel many times, I hate it! I'm going to SFOG in a couple of days, anything I should know? Is the best seat on Ninja the one that doesn't sit over a wheel in the last car?
  13. ^ I don't think too many people here are too enthusiastic about Kentucky Kingdom re-opening. I tell my friends the news and they are like "...cool." But if people would vote, they would vote for a coaster, definitely! What I'd like to see is a Disk'O ride, I've never been on that ride; maybe build it over the former site of the rainbow ride.
  14. Oyy, my only concern is the rides that actually sit on Six Flags property in the park; some the Kentucky State Fair owns and Six Flags owns (I wish I knew which parts of the park these are at). What will Six Flags do with those rides... and chang?
  15. ^ but we could enter Kentucky Kingdom for free to get some good shots of the rides. I wish I could do that but the Fair is open once school starts . How I remember how much rides cost in the Fair's Thrillway: Fireball (inward frisbee): 5 tickets Spin-Out: 4 tickets Inverter: 3 tickets Power Surge: 3 tickets Zero Gravity (round-up): 2 tickets Gravitron: 2 or 3 tickets Theres more rides, but thats all I remember.
  16. Season passes are deactivated during this time, you have to pay full price to ride the rides (luckily not to walk inside).
  17. To be specific: Thursday, August 19 - Sunday, August 29
  18. Yay!!! My friends thought the park was done, wait till i tell them this !
  19. They took anything Six Flags, Warner Bros., and anything else related to them away.
  20. Kinda harsh voting against your own park, especially when that ride was removed, but Riddler's Revenge is unfortunately better imo .
  21. Thank you for that, I forgot to translate it myself! This ride looks epic, it may be from the pictures and the promo video but an Intamin Drop ride free-falling into a basement has got to be really cool; especially the fact its a gyro-drop.
  22. Great photographs! I can't believe I have never been to Holiday World, even though I live 1 hour away from there my friends think its a park for kids only, they think there are no great rides there... ... Its kinda harsh hearing that. But once I'm 18 or 19, I'm going to do a solo road trip and go to this park. By the way, I can tell that it is cold, for example: looking back at the Pilgrim's plunge photo, there's nobody sitting in the front seat, it shows that the people that are riding are brave! Edit: Never mind, people sitting in the front of the boat are wearing black; they are hard to see!
  23. This is a cool TR, thanks for the photos they are great! I would have never known how much a train could cost, till I heard about the wheel for Alpengeist (Yikes!).
  24. Great TR. I've never been to Dorney Park and I hope someday I do, your pictures make it more exciting for me to want to go there.
