You know, that makes perfect sense. Why have concerts in that dinky amphitheater when they could be in the huge stadium? Removing the theater opens up land for a great coaster and having concerts in the stadium allows a larger audience which means (way) more profit in ticket sales as well as food and beverage sales at the stadium while the park can have room to grow....I think its good for everyone this way.

How can something be profitable if you remove popular attractions from it and never replace or install anything new? I'm kind of glad this happened because now I can say 'F-U CF!' Now, with local owners this park can really be concentrated on and will have a better chance to thrive and receive new attractions.

This whole thing strikes me as odd! It just seems really skewed. MF as #1? You mean there is NO OTHER STEEL COASTER ANYWHERE that is better than that? I305 comes to mind. In fact didn't someone say "it craps all over MF" and I believe that person knows what he is talking about! Expedition GeForce at #7? Something seems off here. I've never ridden it but from what people on here say and the fact that usually it is consistently ranked very high makes this seem even more screwed up. -
I somehow doubt whatever info you're given will have any real basis in fact, especially since you appear to be seeking info for the purposes of posting it on the internet. Call it a hunch. Besides, everyone already knows Saggy Boobs: The Ride is coming in 2013. There's even a tagline: "Flash Pass has a whole new meaning!" Oh ya? You got me all figured out. Well, we'll just see then I guess we will. Its very doubtful that management would devulge information like that knowing it could be posted on the internet and even if you did find out something, at this point its just rumors and speculation because "I heard it from this person who heard it from that person who says this other person told them that" is not reliable, so you see why its difficult to believe something like that.

Though, SFMM doesn't care about coaster enthusiasts because we're only a small percentage of park attendance and we try to spend the least amount of money. SFMM wants teenagers who would spend $100 on food (true fact). A giga would make the GP think of a "bigger Goliath" while a dive machine is very unique and can be record breaking. How about this: a Giga Dive Machine. Tallest Dive Machine, Fastest Dive Machine, and First of its kind in the West Coast. The GP doesn't care about length, they care about thrills. If 500,000 people that wouldn't of came to the park did cuz there was a new giga coaster, that would be close to $20,000,000 that they add. I know its not the most important aspect of the business but it does count. I think the GP would be impressed with a dive machine at first, but once they got off they could think it was too short. I don't see how everyone thinks they wont do it cuz of Goliath, just about every giga is accompanied by a hypercoaster because there at the most popular parks. If another giga IS built, where would it be, cuz all the parks who dont have a hyper TODAY sure as hell wont have the attendance to get a giga. Btw, I-305 had about three times the thrill factor that Griffon had. And they would not get bored with a giga, or any other ride? A Megalite would fit in really nicely. It wouldn't have to take up as much space as a giga and would be a great quality, airtime producing ride. A giga would be awesome but a Megalite would work extremely well.

Doesn't believe she was putting the animal in danger? Ok, so the next time she does this, and she will, and the dog dies then what? So now that she has admitted to animal cruelty when will she be fined/charged? This is just so outrageous because she is just so oblivious to the danger she put her dog in! Come on PETA, do something!

I'll bet this lady lives in Beverly Hills, drives a bunch of fancy cars, doesn't work because she lives off of the money her husband makes, and obviously that is not her real hair color! Yep, typical total faker southern Californian loser lady. What was she doing at the park anyway? Was she meeting somebody or just going alone, something is missing here.
-
In one of the articles Sue Carpenter mentioned it was against the law to leave an animal locked in a car. So does this mean the idiot lady can be charged? The park is not responsible for the neglected animals left locked in cars and this got away while in their care. You know what? SO WHAT! At least the dog is still alive and if they did nothing it would be dead...is that better? If the dog was not locked in the car in the first place none of this would have happened so really ALL of this is the idiot lady's fault. I just don't get how she could be so stupid to think it would be ok to lock the dog in there. I can't wait to see if PETA is going to jump in on this.

I wish the Pomeranian would bite off the finger you seem to love to point at everyone and everything that ever happens. Maybe TPR needs a kennel? That's all I'm saying. Or, maybe the park should not be put into a position that they have to rescue animals because people are so damn stupid. They should not have to make anything obvious to guests about a kennel...IT'S A THEMEPARK-ANIMALS DONT BELONG THERE WITH YOU! So instead of blaming the park for this and that maybe you should be on their side for saving the animal and you should be angry that idiot lady left the dog in the car in the first place.

YEEEESSSSS Priceless!

Oh no, nothing wrong with broiling your dog you idiot!!! I like this one: And this is what the idiot looks like: Isn't there a law that prohibits leaving animals locked in a hot car? And this is the best part... Six Flags Rescues and Loses Dog Didn't find anything about this on the PETA site but I'm sure it won't be long.

No, it doesn't. Why is it ridiculous for the park to let guests know when entering the park that a kennel is available for them just near the parking lot? It isn't. And it would save the park from having to break into car windows, and having to deal with the problems they have with guests leaving pets in the car. Apparently, this is a frequent occurence. OBVIOUSLY, the park is not doing enough to make the guests know the service is available. I just thought your comment "Typical Six Flags..." was obsurd over this kennel conversation. What would you like them to do? Have signs going up the hill that says "Hey, you idiots that bring a dog to a theme park, be aware we have a kennel instead of leaving your dog in the car to die"??? Also, like I said, the kennel is VERY HARD to miss since everyone has to pass it to park. Lastly, since you said it's Typical Six Flags, what is the practice at Disney in regardsd to the kennel? I bet it's exactly the same. I think the park should be applauded for saving the dog especially when they didn't have to! Also I see nowhere where it says anything about them breaking windows to gain entry. How do you know they simply are not unlocking doors, removing the animal, then locking it again? And a dog that small would be very easy to hide in the car. What are they supposed to do, search every single car? You know none of this would have happened if that stupid lady did not bring her damn dog to the park in the first place. I can just see animal rights groups totally going after this lady for the cruelty she put the animal through.
-
Dumbass lady! I guess she figures it's better if the dog dies in her car than being alive somewhere else. And double-triple-stupid-motherf***ing idiot moron for thinking it was okay in the first place to bring a pet to a themepark! She is just WRONG in so many ways. If anything she should be arrested for animal cruelty and canine attempted murder and the park/employees who freed the dog from the death trap should be praised. But no, this stupid lady is only concearned with herself....figures!

Favorite type of B&M Coaster?

What?!? Why Scream above Medusa?!? You're entitled to your opinion for sure, I've just never heard anyone who liked Scream better. I don't understand that either. IMO, Medusa is better because it is smoother and it has the straight drop, which is very nice. The Medusa trains seem to glide silently and effortlessly along the track whereas the Scream trains shake and rattle through the whole course, with the added bonus of some mild head banging.
