Still picking apart the trains and trims? Why? Wait until you ride it then you can pick it apart all you want. To complain about this stuff now, still, while it is in pieces is foolish. As was said earlier how do you know the trims will even be used - you dont. How do you know the trains will be so bad - you dont. This is beyond stating opinions now and it has turned into whining and complaining. Lame. -

^I will be honest. I totally want to argue with you on your points. But you know what, what you have said really makes sense. I have to agree. Well said. -

That's funny! Wow look at what I started. Honestly though, I really have no problem with the goth culture, and yes I do know people that are goth and they are fine people. Do what you want I don't care, everybody has their own thing they are into whether it be goth, emo, whatever and if that's is what they want to represent then who am I to say differently. I am 36 and no, I am not an idiot. I just like messin with you all cause it's really fun and apparently it's really easy too. -

If this is how people express their happiness, some of you need some anti-depressants. It's one thing to have a constructive dialog about the pros and cons of a new ride, but don't sit there and act like you've ridden it already, because you haven't. "Oh Cedar Fair's going to ruin it with brakes" or "it's just a bunch of hills". I mean, really laughable stuff. I guess it's ok to have a negative opinion, but not ok to have a negative opinion of an opinion. Give me a (trim) brake! And the seating will work just like a 2-seater, only you'll have a choice to sit together in the front or split in the back. Big friggin deal. I like that while other companies are boxing you in and stapling you into their cars like sardines, B&M is offering more and more freedom. Totally agree! I only wish I lived closer to the park so I could ride this thing, it looks like it will be really fun. -

Wow there sure are a lot of complainers. No matter what you always gotta find the negative about something. It's a new and different coaster, you should just be happy about that. Who cares what the name is. You know I think the perfect coaster could be built and have everything everyone wants on it and STILL someone would find something to complain about. I don't care what it's called it looks awesome and a lot of fun. For all you know the trims may not even be used, you never know. To just automatically say they will when it's not even done yet is just lame. All these people complaining about it...if it bothers you so much don't ride it and go somewhere else then, I know I will be much happier without your negativity around. And as far as the 'DejaVu' like trains...the row that is spread apart is not the same as DV, on THIS train you can easily get to your seat. So these people saying it will break up groups are totally wrong. If you had bothered to look at the animation you can clearly see there is nothing to block you from getting to the far seat, and when the restraint is up there will be a clear path to it. That's what really sucks about a new coaster debuting, someone always has to try to ruin it. -

^lol. I have no problem with individuality but seriously, goth is the furthest thing from that. You cannot be considered an individual if you are part of this "collective." I just saw the pics and all I can say is yuk! -

Icedragon, if you are goth and laugh and play like you say doesnt that contradict what goth is? In other words you are living a lie and it is obvious that you havent found yourself yet. You should not misrepresent something you do not understand. Let us know when you have a complete grasp of what it means to be goth. -

Great America Wave Pool To Reopen
Tmcdllr replied to dpxtreme's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
"Friday, officials with Cal-OSHA said only that their investigation remains open and that the agency's inspections of the pool's mechanics and how its staff was trained had earned passing marks." -No surprise there since this was not Great America's fault "Yolanda Flores, 27, who was sitting among some chairs at the side of the pool, said she could see her son, who was not wearing a life jacket, when he returned to the water after taking a break. He was back in for only about 10 minutes, she said, before moving out of her sight." -So sitting at poolside, SHE SAW her 4 YEAR OLD had NO LIFEJACKET when he went back into the pool. Then on top of that, she was too lazy to watch HER CHILD and lost sight of him. Funny how she claims there were only 4 lifeguards when the pool does not operate unless there are 6, idiot! Throw her sorry ass in jail before she kills another 4 year old. -
That's funny because I NEVER said it was confirmed, I said POSSIBLY, there is a big difference. And you just stated 'Exploring the POSSIBILITY,' which is what I just said, (possibly...possibility, get it? It's almost redundant it's so similar ). So don't even try to correct me by saying the same thing.

^Yeah completely. I am expressing myself and the way I feel about them. What is the point of that anyway? Why bring such doom and gloom to the happiest place on earth? -
