  1. ^^Why would you assume that we'll have Avalanche ERT? Seriously, Perks will be announced MUCH closer to the trip. A lot of our UK perks didn't come up until about 4 weeks before the actual trip. Thinking about it, I'd much rather get ERT at Mt. Olympus than Timber Falls! Please do not sign up for ANY of our trips for ERT, as that is NEVER confirmed. Yes we received LOTS for the UK trip, but it is NEVER GUARANTEED.
  2. TENTATIVE!!!! Depending on the final costs, and which trip it is, initial deposits will be between $150 - $300.
  3. Each Trip is an all or nothing thing. For example, on the UK trip we had someone that had a work engagement that came up a few weeks before the tour. He missed the first two days and met up with us at Alton Towers. There is no discount for missing part of the tour, and you are responsible either meeting up with us where we are, or leaving if you duck out early. Like others have posted, if you can't do the entire tour, it might be nice to let someone else who can have the spot. (If there is a waitlist)
  4. Dollywood will not be on the Midwest Tour. I'm not even going to address the 'early wake up' stuff. If you can't be ontime, you shouldn't go on any organized tour.
  5. Thanks for the effort, but no.
  6. ^We allow people to pay the deposit on PayPal, but when the good chunk of the money is paid, it either needs to be check, money order, or using the eCheck option on PayPal which only takes out a flat $5. Some people who wanted to use paypal for everything, just compensated by sending extra money, that is also okay.
  7. When the flyer is posted, it will have all the info about how and when to start signing up!
  8. SHHHH!!!!! All you people talking about the uber secret Liseberg add on that will be an add on for all trips!!!!! STOP!!! As for making sure your deposit gets in...two things: 1. Use paypal as it's instant! Setup your paypal account NOW so you're ready to go when we announce the trips. 2. Payments will be based on Postmarked Date, not the date we actually receive it. Thanks! Keep your general questions coming!
  9. LOL! I actually just captured that footage and Derek really gets hurt! Awesome!
  10. Ted, I already know two people on the Spain trip that will not be doing the Italy Add On. You are welcome to their spots with a minimal deposit when we announce the trips. ^We actually did talk about that! We'd rather keep the trips small and personal. Just ask the UK peeps how awesome ERT was at half of blackpool with only 50 people!!! Plus I suppose I should actually spend time with Robb (not to mention I'd be really scared of the people that would be on my bus!)
  11. I'll be bringing an extra suitcase for more Chip and Dale stuff! Yeah, most of the stuff in Japan seems like 'knick knack' stuff!
  12. ^No more Aussies for you!!! Save some of them for the rest of us! As for Nagashima, I can't imagine that NOT being part of the tour. Whether SD2000 is open or not!
  13. Now, I'll chime in and be the evil guardian here... MINORS ON TRIPS: - 18 and over to come on a TPR Trip without a parent or guardian. - Any age is welcome, if a parent or legal guardian is on the trip with them. - 16 & 17 year olds will be allowed on trips ONLY on a case by case basis, personally approved by Robb and Elissa, after talking with the minor and their parent/guardian.
  14. **TENTATIVE** Dates and information about TPR's 2007 Group Trips. So when the official announcement is made, get your deposit in FAST to secure a spot on the trip. Please do not ask us about price, parks, or other details yet as we just don't have enough confirmed. I hope this will at least help you in starting to make your decision if you'd like to go on a trip next summer with us. Also note that all above information COULD CHANGE as we are still in the planning stages. We do not expect the dates or the parks listed above to be altered, but it IS possible! This is just to help you all plan your 2007 theme park year! If you'd like to get an idea what a "TPR Trip" is like, check out our photo Trip Reports from the recent UK Tour Here: http://www.themeparkreview.com/uk2006/ Keep in mind this is not your normal coaster tour. We offer very "personalized" service with a limit of 50 participants per trip. Feel free to post 'general' questions here. Thanks again and we hope to see you on a TPR trip next year! --Robb & Elissa Alvey http://www.themeparkreview.com/
  15. Over Xmas, and certain Spring Breaks I've seen the line at 90 minutes! Never waited in in though!
  16. ^If all those things are true, you probably shouldn't be posting here.
  17. Didn't it take Knoebels like 3 years to get those up!?!?
  18. I have added the roll call to the front page! Please make sure your name is on the list! If not, you still have some time to RSVP by emailing Robb!
  19. Anyone else having this problem? I've been in chat a lot lately and it seems to be working fine for me. As for your name staying on the list, it might be staying on the 'index' page list for an extra few minutes but you are not in chat.
