^ X Flight is still one train. It appears there may be some problem with the front car as they've finished every other car but the front car is still just a frame and doesn't appear to have been touched in a few days now. The ride was also closed Sunday and Monday, so it might be having some other problems as well.

Yolo is, for whatever reason, still alive in the theme park world. It seems many Six Flags parks have yolo glasses, and Cedar Fair parks have yolo shirts. Not really sure why each chain thinks people still say it seriously. I get that they're trying to keep up with current trends and cater to them but it really only takes a Google search (and a tiny bit of common sense) to realize that most people think yolo is just plain dumb.

I'm really looking forward to this. Since the show description says that it goes into the technology behind the rides, it sounds like it might be a bit "smarter" than other coaster shows. But even if it's not, it's great to see the Travel Channel branching off of ICW with other ride related shows. By the way, does anyone know when the next Insane Coaster Wars season begins?

^ I've had the same problem a few times before. Usually it could be fixed by just closing the app completely but there was one time when I couldn't get it back and had to restart. I hope you can get it back though because EA is absolutely no help in this situation.

^ Simply put, they weren't ready. Limited capacity on most rides plus the crowds that $20 tickets and good weather brings are not a good mix. Orbit, ERC and HTFM were still in pieces, AE blue was closed, and only AE Red, Demon, Viper and Bull had two trains. And then on top of all this you have new employees who are still getting used to the job. It was still an enjoyable day, but they've still got a ways to go to be ready for summer.

^ I disagree with you on the new management. The new corporate team seems to be giving the parks much more control over what they get. Under the Shapiro regime, parks were told what they were getting and then they had to decide how to market it. Under Jim Reid-Anderson, parks are working with corporate to plan out their additions. This is all coming from a Season Pass Podcast when they interviewed a higher up at Discovery Kingdom. As for the carousel, here's a quote from a Negative G trip report from last year. You can't put the full blame on corporate when park management themselves have this kind of attitude. When a park president really cares about their park and fights for it, it shows. This kind of attitude doesn't do the park or it's rides any good. Not saying that Six Flags corporate is the best it could be, but I don't think the "problems" of Six Flags St. Louis can be fully blamed on them.

^^ I'm really far behind, so any eggs that you or anyone else could drop off would be very much appreciated at this point! And I have lots of eggs to return the favor with.

^ River King Mine Train and Pandemonium are definitely not kiddie coasters, they are family coasters. Even though Holiday World which is more of a family park only has one kiddie coaster, it has a 36 inch height restriction where as RKMT and Pandemonium both have a 42 inch height restriction. So while SFSTl does have good family coasters, they are still missing a kiddie coaster.

Nice to see Cedar Fair adding tvs to queue lines. The barren queue lines at Cedar Point made me appreciate Six Flags TV. Even if the content isn't great, tvs at least give you something to look at and help pass the time.
