No chance of them tunneling that section of the ride? -
There are lots of things in life that are bad for you and I bet you might do some of these: Drinking alcohol smoking cigarettes eating fast food eating fried food and if none of those apply to you, I'm sure you masturbate and moms across the world tell their sons to stop doing that before you go blind!

National Coming Out Day is just an excuse for the Human Rights Campaign to send out another mailer asking you for a donation. I hate HRC. They do more harm than they do good.

I never touched the stuff until I was diagnosed for having severe panic attacks when under stress. I had to take anti-depressants as a way to cope with the stress to reduce the chance of a panic attack. After spending a few months on the meds, I never quite felt right. Once I discovered I could come home and smoke a bowl, all was ok. It helped me relax and really helped me get a good nights rest. I've been a staunch advocate against legalizing pot as I was raised in a broken family devastated by heroin users. I never used or abused any kind of drug (except caffine) in my teen years or early twenties. I didn't consume alcoholic beverages until I was twenty-one years of age. I started dating someone who is/was a hardcore pot smoker last year and peer pressure finally got me. Pot just makes the real world more tolerable. That's the best that I can put it.

Some people are scared of clowns, I'm scared of transgendered people. I'd never discriminate against someone who is a tranny, I'm just really uncomfortable around them. Female to male, not so bad. I'm royally creeped out by the male to females that "lose" their manhood. Other fears include heights, elevators, frogs, bats (the animal variety not baseball bats), fish with buggy eyes, hardcore Republicans and long escalators. There was a very serious escalator accident at Oriole Park a couple of years after the ballpark opened that killed a couple of people when it suddenly stopped. I can't ride the escalator for the Dupont Circle (DC) Metro stop. Between the length of the escalator and the pattern in the concrete going down (or up) into the station, I get motion sickness. Usually feel like I'm going to pass out or throw up if I ride it and don't close my eyes. My friends laugh cause I'll ride any coaster or flat ride out there but can't handle an escalator ride.

Could be worse...they could've placed trims halfway down the first drop or at the bottom of the first drop. -

^I think everyone is eagerly anticipating to see what the restraints on the trains will look like. They have been hotly debated among the various coaster forums. -

Yes. I honestly thought the Eagles were the better team. I was wrong. It happens. I wanted to see Philly win but after the Week 17 game, I didn't think they had a prayer. I hate the Cowboys. -

GO RAVENS! I thought the Ravens were going to get stomped by the Pats yesterday but fortunately it turned out the other way around. Since 2002, the Ravens are 0-7 versus the Colts. I'm really hoping the fact that Indy benched many of its starters in Week 16 & 17 that this strategy hurts the Colts. Two interesting stats: The Ravens were the first team to beat the Pats at their home in a playoff game since 1978. The Ravens has the highest winning percentage of all the teams in the NFL when it comes to playoff road victories. -

I use to go to Westinghouse's/Northrup Grumman's private day when I was younger which I believe is always the second Saturday in May and this event is closed to the public. The "New for" attraction for that particular year was never opened and we'd have to wait until the following year to ride the previous year's new attraction. -

John Winkler has also gone on record adding that the new coaster will be steel and not wood. I'm praying to God that it's not more Vekoma. I still think Chang winds up at SFA. SFA already has two defunct coasters sitting on it's property, why add a third? -

^And that my friends is how you make a blanket statement and allow someone else to prove you wrong by backing it up with measurements! Re: other Intamin's not opening on time... SFA's SROS did not open on time as the park decided to give the county a giant middle finger and started vertical construction before they had approval. That's why the coaster that has a ridiculously insane amount of footers went up so fast. When the park finally received approval, footers had been poured and assembly of the lift supports and track had already started on the ground. All the cranes had to do with lift each section into place. -

I can't really fault KD for having short coasters. Many of their installations were prototypes. Volcano- prototype Shockwave- not "the prototype" but it's identical twin at King's Island was Flight of Fear- both debuted at King's Dominion/Island same year Hypersonic- prototype - was the coaster that S&S built at their facility at Utah Rebel Yell is pretty long. Hurler and Grizzly are decent, maybe average for woodies Dominator- isn't this the longest floorless in the world? Ricochet- pretty standard for a mouse Avalanche- only bobsleigh I've been on, not sure how this one fares. Anaconda- about the average length of the other Arrow loopers of it's time. Granted I'd say I305 isn't a prototype but maybe a second generation giga. Cut KD some slack. I don't think they or Cedar Fair/Paramount/Taft set out to make short coasters. -
Um, that's something us O's fan don't ever say...I'm extremely glad... Pitchers and catchers report for the O's on February 18th, position players on the 23rd. Little bit less than two months to go!

^I'm 29 going on 11. My mind is always in the gutter. -
He's also said publicly that the coaster is going to be a steel coaster as many of the higher up feel for the size that SFA is that there is already too much wood at SFA. No Intamin pre-fab for SFA.

If your looking to get into pro ball, work on your 40 as they expect you to be able to do it in 4.5-5.0 seconds. They also expect you to be able to hit just about every breaking pitch imaginable. I've attended (not participated) a Pro Scouting work out in my past. Hope you have four out of the five tools that they refer to or you don't have a chance in hell in getting pro scouts to look at you.
