Hooray! One less haunt, no VIP, three repeated scare zones, two repeated haunts (AvP is carbon copy, Walking Dead is just rehashed sets in a different order), and a higher price point in general! Good job, Universal! Really proving your value! I'm not going this year. Screw them. Knott's, Dark Harbor, and the LA Haunted Hayride are $40 each. I can do three separate events combined for less than one night at HHN.

^ Everything will be open. Get inside and go all the way to the lower lot. I'm talking all the way to the back and way way down the escalators. Once there bang out Transformers, Mummy, and Jurassic Park. All three have single rider lines so you can abuse those later if you don't mind riding separately. Once you get back to the upper lot it'll pretty much be hit or miss. Lines at Despicable Me and Simpsons will probably be comparable and there's no single rider for anything in the upper lot. As for the tram, people will tell you it should be done first to avoid a long line, etc. They're lying. I've always saved the tram for the afternoon. Yeah, the line is a decent size but those trams suck up ~300 people per tram. It won't take long. It's also a 45+ minute tour. You'll be fine.

Beech Bend Discussion Thread

^ That's good to know, but it's still inexcusable that it happened in the first place. That isn't an axle that happened to break. It's an unsecured joint on the track. Furthermore, both this coaster and the swing ride don't seem to be properly secured to the ground at all. I mean the coaster is sitting on some wood planks! The swing ride looks like it was just the metal structure sitting on the asphalt! It's absurd. -
You could say China is...exploding. Because of that Tianjin thing. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Nobody? Alright, I'll see myself out.

Holy crap, Beech Bend! I mean, a swing ride tipping over is a freak accident. Not noticing a significant gap in the track of a rollercoaster is just negligence. -
Mighty Roar Iron Roar Wicked Roar Twisted Roar New Roar (I'm still miffed about New Texas Giant. Really?!) Or they could go the superhero route - Superman's Roar Batman's Roar Catwoman's Womanly Roar Wonder Woman's Roar-ing Lasso Green Lantern: Roaring Power Ring Lex Luthor: Roar Of Doom Roar-ing Flash But let's take the more Six Flags approach - Roar2 (the 2 is like a backwards S. YOLO, dawg.)

I'm not gonna bother commenting on how unbelievably stupid this person was, so I'll let Daniel Tosh do it for me. Skip to the one minute mark. -

You know, I had fond memories of Roar at SFA from the late 90s. It was a really fun ride so when I got to SFDK earlier this year I was excited to ride it again! I rode it once and didn't bother for a second try. Did I mention there were no lines at all when I visited? It's still an excellent layout but it was a jackhammer. Can't wait to see what RMC has up their sleeves for this one! -

^ There was one at Space World, Nagashima, and probably another park or two on the trip. They're basically big blobs of liquid that kids play around on. They're not like a trampoline but they're funky. Unfortunately the one at Space World was closed due to the weather when we were there and the one at Nagashima allowed only small children, so I wasn't able to mess around. -
^ What he said. When I visited last year the place was hardly crowded and I was able to bang out four mazes in the first half hour. I should also note I didn't have a front of the line pass, just general admission. Even with minimal crowds I was still unable to see Elvira or ride Xcelerator (single train ops and it kept breaking). This year I'm planning a two-day trip to be able to see and do everything. Also Special Ops is totes the bomb diggity. Edit - As for Dead Of Winter, I'm already imagining a knockoff of Let It Go... Let it flow Let it flow Let the blood flow on the floor Let it flow Let it flow Their heads are now gone I don't care If they scream and cry Let the guillotine fall The mess never bothered me anyway
