I see your sources are well-verified and dependable. Baaaaaaaahahahahahahahaha, they can't even multiquote properly so it's even more apt. -

That looks like so much fun. Going through a verticl loop sideways or spinning slowly would be so funky! -

I feel like you're painting this as a controlled-spinning coaster in the dark. You're forgetting all of the added elements for the story such as video, special effects, lighting, etc. I highly doubt this is going to be a Rock N' Rollercoaster situation with horrible blacklight cardboard cutouts. This is shaping up to be a fully-immersive experience in line with Space Fantasy at USJ but with a much larger budget. Anyone who's been on Space Fantasy can attest that it's super fun and ridiculous and extremely re-rideable. -

Judging by how quickly Las Vegas is adding new lights in my area, I'm gonna guess that a few new lights and asphalt aren't super expensive and wouldn't be a deterrent, Seriously there's been two four-way stops and one two-way stop that have been eliminated in lieu of full traffic lights within a mile of my front door. It now takes me at least double the time to make it to the highway than it used to with stop signs. -

^ Raven? I just know work has been done on Legend and Voyage recently but I don't recall hearing about work on Raven recently. -

Dude the Condor at Tivoli with the outward-facing seats was a trip. Nothing super thrilling but just weird and fun. I'm kinda sad the idea didn't catch on. -

Wow! Is that the first shot we've seen of the interior and track for Guardians? Looks pretty darn twisty! There's definitely going to be some weird forces to be felt on this. Drifting, rotating backwards while going through turns, etc, all while sensory overload is happening around you with added effects. I can't wait to ride it. The Star Wars hotel is looking better with each new release, as well. I'm curious if they have some way to control the hotel group from leaving Galaxy's Edge, though. The website mentions visiting the Black Spire Outpost "and more," but does that mean we're free to explored the rest of Hollywood Studios or are we somehow restricted to only be in Galaxy's Edge during the 2-day experience? It'll be interesting to see how they navigate that aspect. Either way I'm totally booking it once it and Guardians are open. -

Holy crap, guy, there's a multiquote feature for a reason. -
I can totally be talked into driving down from Vegas to do this. The wife loves Christmas and the fact they're letting you drive through the park instead of the parking lot makes a huge difference. I've done a few drive-through Christmas light things before and they're always lackluster. Here in Vegas they do one at the NASCAR track, back in Jersey they did it at the PNC Arts Center, but both are just large cheesy displays thrown onto an asphalt wasteland. This could be a lot of fun! Holy crap I'm actually singing praise to SFMM. 2020 just keeps throwing the curveballs, eh?

This is exactly what I was talking about, just that they may be reprogramming it to be more noticeable between the two launches. Right now it feels more like one launch that gets a bit stronger as you go up the hill. Reprogramming to give a first boost onto the incline followed by a big puncher to get the rest of the way would be a good way to reduce strain on the engines and structure. -

Oh how wrong you are. I was lucky enough to get an evening ride in the falling snow, 28 degrees that night. The ride was running like a bat out of hell and combined with the falling snow it became one of my favorite memories in life. -

I got a small Gorilla wooden cutout puzzle thing a while ago from Lootcrate. They're finicky but the finished product is pretty cool. I wouldn't spend $200 on one myself but they've definitely been added to my Christmas list this year. -
I know nothing about this guy outside of this article, but someone please correct me if I'm wrong in this assessment - He was the CEO of Disneyland Paris Resort, easily the worst Disney resort by a long shot. The parks are trash with pretty themeing. The hotels are trash with...themeing? The restaurants are trash (thank god for Earl Of Sandwich). The only reason I returned to DLP after my initial visit was literally to get on the bus for a TPR tour. I landed at CDG, took an Uber to the resort, then climbed on the bus. Screw that place. He was behind the launch of Shanghai Disney which seemed to plagued with issues left and right, let alone all of the culture shock once it opened, though that can't be contributed to just this guy. Now he's left Disney Japan (thank god, before he could do damage) and is getting cozy with Six Flags. Does this bode well in any way?
