  1. I started eating a Chipotle burrito on Space Mountain, and finished it on Splash Mountain. My burrito broke in half while trying to pull it out of the bag in total darkness. Luckily it stayed together just enough... cuz I almost came back into the station covered in spilled burrito, and I'm not sure how I would've explained that.... It is VERY hard to pull a burrito out of a bag, separate it from the napkins that came out with it, unwrap it, and keep it together with one hand (cuz a drink is in the other) at 30ish mph in the darkness of space! The burrito was basically torn in half after Space Mountain, but I managed to hold it together just long enough to get the splash mountain pic too. I started eating it for real in this pic. It was already wet from the ride but moments later it got SOAKED after the drop. It honestly was disgusting, but at that point I was so hungry that I didn't care. Just thinking about it makes me want to throw up... there was so much disgusting Splash Mountain water in that soggy burrito.
  2. You know what makes a good day into a great day? A Bebes trip report, duh! As always, that was interesting, informative, and funny. Thanks for posting!
  3. Thanks for taking the time to get pics of the menus! It's nice to know there are some vegan options that look pretty decent. (And if Johnny Rockets can serve a vegan burger at sea, why can't they at Magic Mountain!?)
  4. ^ I was hoping to see Glowfest return too, but Electronica isn't bad. My main complaint with Electronica is that it feels like it's squished to the side over by Monster's Inc. I thought Glowfest did a better job of filling the main street of the Hollywood Backlot. I wish they had extended Electronica all the way down the street, and projected onto the mural like they did in Glowfest. I also miss the fun colors of Glowfest, as it felt like more of a party atmosphere. That said, I love Tron, and Electronica is a really cool way of bringing the movie to life. So I'm happy it's staying around rather than having nothing in the Backlot.
  5. Just to clarify, while it will only rise 30 feet above ground, the article seems to say it'll have a 54 foot drop into a trench. 54 feet still isn't all that high, but it's better than 30 feet.
  6. The red dot marks the exact location where they'll begin tearing down Green Lantern in order to replace it with Dirt2:The Ride - Dirt to the Second Power.
  7. I'm glad you're posting your Dubai pics/video! Thanks for the Ferrari World TR, and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of your Dubai pics. I haven't seen too many TRs from Dubai, so it's all really informative.
  8. Great questions from you and great answers from her! Thanks for posting.
  9. Thanks! I worked really hard on that photo, so please excuse the watermark I just added. I want to make sure no one steals it.
  10. Yes, yes, yes!!! That was another amazing trip report. Go Bebes! I actually laughed out loud a bunch of times. Gertrude thanks you for getting a shot of her. She forgot her camera, so she's glad she has a picture now to remember the day. My favorite photo was the Pink's manly pose photo, hilarious! I also noticed you used some of my images. Next time I'll have to watermark them! Keep up the great work Bebes.
  11. Bah! I didn't forget to give you credit! I did that on purpose! I knew it! You're probably funneling the profits from my photos to Desmond too!
  12. ^^^^^ & ^^^^ & ^^^ I've found plenty photos of mine used without being given credit (both innocently - like Robb using my images in TPR:TM and forgetting to give credit, and in other cases deliberately for profit). So I completely understand the desire/need to watermark images. I myself have put watermarks on my personal websites, other forums, as well as some of the projects I've done for TPR. I've also posted some horribly Photoshopped images to my personal websites, other forums, and TPR (they looked good at the time ). I didn't see Invertalon's photos, but whatever over-saturation there was, I can pretty much bet that I've posted much worse. Photography and Photoshop take a good eye, and I often look back on old photos I've worked on and say "What was I thinking?" My point is, everything I've posted in this thread is a joke. I didn't even see Invertalon's photos - I'm just having fun with what has been said in the thread. I assumed my posts were being taken as humorous, and I think for the most part they were. If I wasn't joking, then that sucks for me, because I've done a lot worse than whatever Invertalon did.
  13. I decided to listen to criticism and make my watermark smaller and less obtrusive. The watermark is barely noticeable now.
  14. Big Mike, I would like to enter the contest because my favorite part of The Big Mike Road Show is how it always makes me smile when I read it!
  15. Since Invertalon removed his photos, here's one of my favorite shots that I took at Islands of Adventure.
  16. This is STUPENDOUS news! I can't wait... Bebes TRs are always fun. Maybe this will inspire me to finish the much-delayed Gertrude Bay Area Bash trip reports!
  17. As it stands now, the Park Index is one of the most useful parts of TPR. Any improvements are totally welcomed!
  18. Well, here's a good signature pic if I've ever seen one... The Many Faces of kcsteve
  19. ^ No worries Big Mike, I made an image of it so that you can see it! I decided to blur out the rest since the magazine is a perk of Club TPR . If anyone looking at this isn't a Club TPR member, you should join! You get games like this, plus TONS of other cool content in the magazine, plus all the other perks of being a Club TPR member! Hmmm... who could 17 across be talking about???
