For some reason, I can only remember some dreams, and those are invariably weird. One of them involved a trip to IOA in some universe where the "islands" were scattered around a city and one had to take buses to get to the islads. Another one involved a real-life RCT park (complete with non-real supports and 90 degree paths), but the latest one was the most absurd. It was something like an epic movie involving a complicated series of alliances in a huge castle, and ended with a large battle where pretty much everybody (but me) got killed. There were dragons in there somewhere... My question is: Where does my mind get these things? Another one was about me staying up way too late to watch a TV version of FD3, which changed into me being on the ride while it crashed and sent everybody flying into a snowy wilderness, and then it turned into some kind of Incredible Journey thing to get back, and my alarm went off during a scene where I was hanging on to a roof rack of a mimivan traveling down a road in the woods. When I woke up, I thought, WTF?

Eragon: well... I actually lowered my standards about 3 miles for this and... Rating: -1/10. It was total crap.

Whoever changed my profile is in serious trouble. I am deeply offended by this.

Roller Coaster Game
timetrial3141592 replied to RCT3Freak's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Wait a minute. That was ARN&R's "Site O' The Weak". And: Abismo -
I am not roasting marshmallows. I hate marshmallows. My "comfort snack" is any segments of dead animals lying around (steak, fish, anchovies, etc.) and lots and lots of Gatorade. I drink Gatorade because I like it. Dragons might get heartburn. I will chech with the ASDO and the PETD. Also, dragons have complete control over their fire. Dragon fire is generated in an interesting manner. Anything consumed by a dragon breaks down into nutrients, waste, and hydrogen gas. The hydrogen reacts with chemicals produced by the digestive system, forming an "aerosol napalm". This substance is released at will through the mouth, where it ignites with the air. And dragons can be whatever orientation they want to be. Is "ghey" even a word? And WTF are "designer scales"? A flame, as you would know if you took chemistry, is odorless and cannot be scented. In fact, your statement is derogatory towards homosexuals. I know several, and they do not obsess over things like perfume and colors. In fact, most of my friends know that nobody cares about how one's outfit goes together, as long as it is not clashing. This is why I avoid colorful pants: having them around increases the chance that my strategy of "pull on the first pants in the bureau" will result in a clash. Black, white, khaki, grey, and blue go with everything. Furthermore, "dragon pride events" do not exist. The closest one can find to such an outlandish idea is any one of the otherkin groups on Facebook. Yes, dragons play RCT. However, I am taking a break from RCT right now. And I hated the Eragon movie. It destroyed the book and I am warning everyone to not see it if they liked the book. It ruins the second book, destroys the first book, and in general makes a big mess of Mr. Paolini's opus magnum. I was very disappointed in the movie, and will vent at the producers. If you want to see an abridged version of my rant, go check out the "Rant" thread. The Achenar joke would be funny if you spent less time being a bigot and more time playing Myst. Goleafsgo, who got banned (a red-letter day), would criticize everyone for no reason, which is why I have a vendetta against him. And CoasterFanatic, Who the (expletive) is Maleficient? Honestly, this thread proves I am the sanest around here (except for the moderators.) The "six ends" line is one that Alex Harwood, another dragon, came up with. I am putting it on a T-shirt. Now where were we? Oh right. I said that I am no longer posting parks up. This is not the only thing I do here. Neither is defending myself against the effete corps of impudent snobs. I comment on other people's creative output, I participate in The Guy Above Me and other games, and I complain about stuff like FD3 and Shapiro and Eragon (movie). Now I think a New Year's resolution is in order.

The dragon is amused at your pitiful attempts to tick him off. Bet you liked the Eragon movie too... Seriously (not to mention Achenar too), if you weren't channeling the spirit of goleafsgo, you would be a little more tolerant of people. What is it with you? Nothing I do is any good. "Way too many coasters...no themeing...blah blah blah." I am sorry to say this, but as of now I am not going to post any of my parks on TPR. Maybe I have learned to theme... you'll never know. Heh heh heh... see you around... or not. --Atrus Flametongue Smokescale Alaeriia P.S. All six ends are still pointy.

^something about DVDs \/hated the movie too -
Okay. I recently saw Eragon and I feel that it was a load of crap. First of all, did anyone ACTUALLY READ THE BOOK?!?!? Saphira's egg is not an egg. It looks like a jellybean. What is up with the 30-second Saphira growth spurt? It is totally unrealistic and grounds for incineration, if I can find out where the director is. Angela was moved from Teirm (which was axed) to Daret (which is NOT in Palancar Valley). Also, Mr. Paolini's sister is probably apoplectic at the portrayal of her character. Eragon does not train in the art of the blade in the movie (budget? time? or simple tick-off-the-dragon urge?) nor does he learn much gramarye. They took out Solembum (a decision that will bite them in the third movie), took out Tromjheim, left out Dras-Leona, made too much of a fuss over Durza, killed the Ra'zac (which will bite them in the second movie), and ruined the second book. Furthermore, what the (expletive) is Durza riding on? When I saw that, I thought, "That is the stupidest-looking demon ever." And Eragon's voice drops a register out of nowhere. Eragon is played by a blond, for no reason. Arya (notice the lack of pointed ears) is a redhead, a far cry from the "raven tresses" that Paolini referred to. They forgot Isidar Mithrim, gave Saphira an adolescent voice, left out the dwarves, destroyed the pacing, and generally turned a good book into a load of drek that would make Brom spin in his crystal grave. The plot was crap, the acting was nonexistent, and the fight scenes were lame. In all, the people who created this monstrosity are now marked as dragon slayers and will be treated as such ("You are so asking for a Mind Crush.") The movie is to the book what White Canyon is to Balder: otensibly the same, but one is much worse. Iplan on venting at the slayers responsible, and then destroying them. Eragon is sacred to me, and the slayers took it and tore it up, burned the shreds, and threw the ashes at Paolini himself. Don't waste your money. Go see the Demented Cartoon Movie instead. It is a lot more entertaining, and it is free.

New Year's Resolutions
timetrial3141592 replied to SonOfBeastSucks's topic in Random, Random, Random
My New Year's resolution is to wait at least five seconds before exploding when someone says something incredibly stupid. -
The three friends each paid $10 for $30 total. $25 went to the hotel, $3 went to the guests, and $2 went to the bellhop. In Manhattan, Kansas, you cannot take a picture of a man with a wooden leg. Why not?

Idiot Ride Ops.
timetrial3141592 replied to kidcoaster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
At USH, the ride o for Mummy was a bit... lax when it came to restraint-checking. I figured this out about on my second ride, and then kept my lap bar "three clicks above stapled" on average. My record was five. Seriously, I could be injured, but it was fun, seeing if they noticed that my lap bar was much lower when I returned than when they dispatched it. (I would click it down while waiting to unload.) -

New coaster for Kyongju World
timetrial3141592 replied to thomas2's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Why do people reuse concept art? Kanonen's included an edited Storm Runner, and Goliath @ SFOG... the video was of Nitro. It seems silly. -
You haven't seen the flats yet. And the reason that the supports are unrealistic is that I ran out of object space for thick angled supports, and that I suck at those in general. I figure that no custom supports is better than bad custom supports. The single-wide paths are like that because double-wide and wider seem to make peeps lost. Themeing... BBW has themeing. Falcon has some themeing. My wooden supports are themeing. I like building coasters, and I have just figured out the secret of rideability. Besides, I may not get to this again because I am back to RCT1, due to the Codex trainer. Oh right.. about the restaurants/facilities. I could build some, although the peeps don't need it. (Son of Beast takes care of that.)

Idylwild, CA

I continued my Idylwild Beach park, if it's any consolation. This idea will resurface eventually.
