While GhostWood Estate is trackless, it might as well not be. The hallways are too narrow not to know exactly where you're headed next. Plus, every car follows an identical route.

It's amazing what a full train will do for this ride. During my visit last summer, I got about 12 rides in, but none of the trains went out with more than 8 riders. Needless to say, Kentucky Rumbler was not moving nearly as fast as displayed in this video. I still really liked the ride but felt like it was not living up to its full potential. -

^Schools go back really early around here, so the park should be dead on that Friday. Yes, Banshee, Bat, and Delirium are included in morning ERT. Diamondback's single rider line is now the fast lane, so that's no longer an option. It's been stated hundreds of times before, but get to FoF and Firehawk right after opening. By mid-afternoon, Banshee's line will probably be under 15 minutes. -

^If you have a ClubTPR membership, the Santa's Lodge is $80 a night. You really can't beat the convenience of staying just a mile from the park. -

^The vast majority of small/family owned parks have similar policies on their popular attractions. -
I was "only" able to get 80 laps on Racer this year (compared to 95 and 92 the past two years), which I believe was the 4th highest count of the day (too much lemonade at lunch ). A lot of people left for other rides. We had MORE participants this year, but FEWER people on the ride. The good news is, KI raised more money this year than last year, which is what really matters. The excitement and energy on the ride progressively picked up throughout the day. I think the afternoon crew helped with that. As always, the event was a ton of fun and a huge success!

^It surprised me too. That may be why we haven't seen too many large Mack coasters pop up after the success of Blue Fire. I assume the design was for a hyper coaster, but I really don't know. Additional development time/expenses for Mack's first hyper could have contributed to the higher price tag. A ride like Helix would be a great fit for Holiday World, though. My best guess at this point is still some sort of launched coaster with a 48" (or less) height requirement. -

Well, I remember from a back stage tour at Hershey Park that both Intamin and Mack put in a bid for the Skyrush project. The park actually, slightly preferred Mack's design, but Intamin was significantly less expensive. -

Also, by joining clubTPR, you get into the park for just $31.95. If you consider that Kings Island charges $12 for parking, I don't see how Holiday World is not a great deal. -

^The next time you visit, I would highly recommend trying out the water coasters, even if you're not a water park person. Wildebeest has some serious "butt-off-the-raft" air time in the front seat, and you don't get all that wet, compared to most water slides. -
Honestly, I like what you've been doing recently, creating a nicer, more formal index report and posting a link in the Official TPR Update Thread. This allows for the best of both worlds, a nice looking report that's easily accessible from the park index and a place for form discussion about the update.

You and almost everyone else. The line was only about 5-10 minutes long after 11:30. Here is the brake down of my wait times during ERT: Banshee (10 min) Bat (20 min) Banshee (30 min) Banshee (15 min) Banshee (10 min) Banshee (5 min) On a side note, the Diamondback crew was launching every train before the train in front of it hit the splashdown. The seat belts don't appear to be slowing down the crew. Also, they don't lock like the ones on Racer, so you are free to float out of your seat until your thighs hit the lap bar. -
