You make great points Erik. Robb is all about user generated content. Initially it was just the Alveys creating the content, but Robb loves seeing good PTRs and videos from others and goes to great lengths to make sure there is enough badnwidth for everybody to share their experiences.

It's all a set-up, a scam I tell you. There is no way someone that looks that "frumpy" gets on TV and sings that well. She had a reverse makeover done for the shock value of it all. The truth will come out in the future, you'll see.

I'm a big fan of rapids rides when some people get drenched and others stay day. It just adds a tinge of adventure and surprise to the ride.

Although Robb and Elissa are away on vacation, TPR advisors continue to negotiate with Bryan and Adam regarding the promised American Idol audition. Hopefully, these negotiations will result in a settlement soon. As Elissa has already expressed, TPR Management is clearly upset and angered by the arrogance of Bryan and hopes for a quick solution to this impasse.

Opening season a 3 hour wait for Roaring Rapids was not uncommon. Also the wooden rails in front of the waterfall did not exist the first few years. Occasionally a raft would drift under the waterfall and become stuck as water poured onto the riders for minutes at a time before a ride operator could dislodge the raft.

Naomi did tell Miles, there are dead people "living" on the island. Daniel's back which didn't surprise me. The thing that still pisses me off is that the trailers are so misleading. Last week's trailer implied that Marvin Candle told Miles never to return to the island.

I just checked Budget's site, using LAX and the month of June as an example and Garmin (Sat Nav) is an not included in the price quote and is an upgrade. So it does not appear to be standard. Maybe the third party you used was not savvy enough to include Sat Nav as an option.

Of course we get desensitized to it as we get more acclimated. It happens with all your senses in different situations in life (taste of food, background noise, bad odors). That's why even though I don't love the ride, I always try to ride S:UF at SFGAdv when I'm there if there is no line. The unique feel of the B&M Flyer Pretzel always throws me for a loop (no pun intended) and brings back that thrilling feeling where my body asks, "What the hell is going on?"

I go to a couple of Staten Island Yankee games a year. Rookie League and most of the kids will never pan out, but fun to cheer on kids who appreciate the accolades while living on a couple of hundred dollars per week.

Sounds like all those bonus credit might be due to a traveling fair based on some info at ukrides.info I know you visited in April but the traveling fair may be there longer. www.ukrides.info/lunaparkprague.htm Located in the suburbs of Prague is Stromovka Park, where'll you'll find the city's Luna Park / Velky Lunapark. The main ride here is the Horska Draha, an SDC galaxy coaster, however late February & early March the rides are accompanied by a travelling fair.

Besides ride photos we are always looking to add PTRs from you to our Park Index. The ones we link into the Park Index generally abide by the following guidelines. Remember we can't always link every PTR, so we have to be selective. 1 - Photos should be downloaded onto the Theme Park Review server (not Imageshack, photobucket) that way we know a Red X will never appear. 2 - Photos should not exceed 800x600 3 - PTRs should contain a variety of pictures of the park, including multiple rides and areas. (Not just one or two rides/attractions). 4 - Entertaining captions always help if it is a popular park with a lot of PTRs. 5 - High quality photos (not blurry, distorted or out of focus). Ride Photos Over the past months hundreds of new flat and water rides have been to the Park Index. The Park Index will continue to be built out into a better resource in planning future trips to parks for which you might not be familiar. (If you don't believe me randomly click on a North American or European Park from the Park Index, there is a good chance you will see more than last time.) In addition we have received great support in adding missing photos. The contributors are too numerous to name, although we still need more signs. Of course this is a never ending project as new rides are constructed, but all help is appreciated. If you are really keen on helping you can do the following. Before you leave for the park, you can check the Park Index to see which major rides (not just coasters) are missing from the index. Then take pictures of those rides and the ride signs. As Robb builds more elements to the Park Index, these additional photos will really help. Remember all photos submissions should not exceed 800 x 600. Besides the rides listed below there are plenty of other rides we could easily include in the database, including new coasters as they open this year. Remember some people who wouldn't pay $40 for this park, would pay $5-$7 for a kiddie coaster.

^Don't be upset if the Alveys don't answer right away. They are extremely busy right now still finalizing details of this year's trips. You can not imagine the amount of prep work Robb and Elissa put into each trip. Whenever they hint at future plans they get bombarded with questions, so let's let the focus on this year before asking about future trips. Your eagerness is appreciated, but please just bare with them for the time being.

Andy - you didn't happen to take any pictures of the Runaway Mine Train did you? We need some for TPRs Park Index.

^I know but I didn't want to rehash what has already been said numerous times, just trying to add some new info into the equation. Most people visiting Myrtle Beach have a car, and personally I don't think it is too far from the beach. Especially when you consider that vacationers to other destinations travel a lot further to other attractions. Sea World and Universal are proabably are similar distance from WDW as Freestyle is from the beach area. I'm only comparing distances, not park quality.

$40 is a lot compared to other similar parks, but no park has as minimal a flat ride line-up as this place. There is really not a lot to do after riding the operating coasters and watching the shows. However, keep in mind this is the town of $7 mini-golf and $19 for Ripleys. If I had to make a choice of $26 (for Ripleys and Mini Golf) or $40 for Freestyle I'd probably choice Freestyle. But it be nice if that $40 included some water rides, more flats, reliable coasters and shade.
