Correct me if I'm wrong, but digital is superior to analog because even if the signal gets "fuzzy", the original data stays intact, i.e. a fuzzy 0 is still a zero and a fuzzy 1 is still a one, right?

^I hope so. It would be immensely pathetic if the Phantom wasn't ready for opening day because of some miscommunication between Kennywood and Chance Morgan regarding spine saddle placement.

UPDATE!! I went to Kennywood again today to take some more pictures. Looks like they ran into an alignment problem with one of the spine saddles about a third of the way down the first drop, so now they're installing track in reverse until they can fix it. Enjoy! Does this clash enough to warrant repainting the lift? I didn't think so. The future site of the Bayern Kurve is still empty. Some random track. A picture of the new pullout taken through a gap in one of the gates. Another view of the first drop. You can clearly see where the misaligned saddle was. Why yes it is! What's this I see? Could it be new, shiny Morgan track?

Still no new pictures? I guess I'll have to get them myself, then.

The weather here in Pittsburgh usually sucks and seemingly changes at random. For example, they were calling for an inch of snow today. We got five inches instead. A few days ago they were calling for something like a foot of snow; we got freezing rain instead. So unpredictable... ugh.
