They probably noticed after the train didn't return to the station. The question though is how long till they realize that the train should have returned by now. Considering the operations at Mt. Olympus , it could have been longer then you think. That or if employees in the ticket booths can see the hill or parking attendants ground crews or even guests. One call to maintmence is all it takes.

The Toboggan and the Musik Express is not owned by the park so they cannot sell it or scrap it. It is up to the owner to decide their fates.

I think some are still around but just not in parks.

If you do Conneaut heres some bits that may help. You will not have to worry about Lines it is just about always WalkOns. The Tumble Bug is great and If you sit in the back you get a nice Surprise. And by the time os your visit most of the Rides should be open. If you stay at the Hotel Conneaut it is around 40 bucks a night and it has a rare charm which cannot be found anywhere else also it is Haunted. What ever you decide just have Fun!

No the Twister did not open. I saw it RCDB when I visited I went looking for it only to find a Pile of Dirt where it supposidly opened. Hopefully Nascar's Coaster will be open for you, they had been having problems with it. Have Fun

^ hehe I know the Big News! And yes the SkyDiver is the Ferris Wheel Replacement and is a very fun ride! The Bug should be open tomorrow. And we were very busy the last two days!

I really like it when parks do these kind of project. Glad some parks are still preserving the past instead of building new rides. Kudos to Little Amerricka.

Actually my friend shouted out the Big Dipper and Dick responded "well unfortunately we are running out of room" And about the other 2 the Turns is missing the section leading to the second lift and the Break run is still tore up. We got a through tour. There is still no coaster where HSTC was Dick did let us in on a secret and told us the new coaster will feature a cross under as the group building it refused to copy the design of HSTC. Knoebels was also awarded the first ever American Coaster Enthusiast Ray Ueberroth Preservation Award. Dick Knoebels you could tell was chocked up as Ray and Dick I hear knew each other very well.

WELL YOU HERE IT FIRST HERE. Last night at Dinner for ACE's Spring Preservation Con Knoebels revealed to us the new name of the Golden Nugget will be......... Black Diamond He also said construction will start once they can build a new enclosure for the Eagles the park has as that is where the Black Diamond will go. Dick also asked if there is anything else we would like them to move Best of luck Knoebels!
