Any Schwarzkopf Katapult's left?

This should help you figure out what a Katapult is, looks interesting, I have never ridden one, but still think the Weiner Looper is more epic -
Heading to U.K. and Paris, any advise

There are regular connections from Manchester Airport to Manchester Piccadilly Station (6 trains an hour, so every 10 minutes) There is a train going from Manchester Piccadilly to Stoke On Trent roughly every 15 minutes, so that isn't going to be a problem The times of the bus from Stoke to Alton are 0710, 0820, 0915, 1010, 1110 1545, 1730, 1830, 1930, tickets for bus travel cost approx £4/5 or I believe you can buy your park tickets on board the bus and get travel for free, depends if you have any 2 for one deals, don't know if they accept them on the bus. You will have to get a train from Stoke on Trent to London Euston Station then get the Underground over to St. Pancras for Eurostar, which is one stop on the Victoria Line, shouldn't be too bad (ie, not very easy to get lost!) P.S. Good website for planning train journeys etc..... www.thetrainline.com although they are not quite ahead as september yet -
Foo Fighters - My Hero (I know its been around a while, but it is an awesome song) Also for the Dubstep side of TPR - NERO - Guilt.........what a TUNE!

No, sorry, you have to join Club TPR for awesome perks like that! Very good advertising for the club then -
Nothing really exciting happens along the coast of Suffolk/Essex (if you exclude Southend) So when I discovered there was a new Credit opening up just 20 miles away from me I thought it was worth a shot! I have been to Clacton Pier pretty much every year for the last 5/6 years, however I have always felt the place looked quite rundown, not a lot to do etc.....well its definitely worth a visit now! Especially if you have kids, plenty for them to do and now a grand total of 3 credits!!!! Stella's Revenge is a Standard Pinfari Z40 model which has been brought over from Barry Island (its had a good cleanup!), the name is a Homage to the old Steel Stella that opened in the 1930's but unfortunately got burnt down in the 70's, the ride sits on almost the same spot as the original, its quite nice that Clacton Pier have realised their history and done this The Original Steel Stella From RCDB - The Original Steel Stella Wild Mouse Coaster is...................not a Wild Mouse, it is a Wacky Worm themed to Speedy Gonzales, this has been here a few years now however, but a great Kiddie Credit nonetheless! Gold Mine is the 2nd Credit to open this year, it is not located on the Pier, but at the top of the Hill near the entrance to the Pier in an Amusement "Park" called Pavilion Fun Park, it is a basic Figure of 8 Loop, but again, brilliant for Kids! (BTW - I failed to get any pictures of this...Sorry Larry!) There is a host of Classic Flat rides also here, Waltzer, Twister...the usual Motley Crew.... Onto the Pictures, They are not amazing as I was not specifically doing a TR, however I thought it would be nice to show the place to everyone and to get it added to the Park Index! Stella's Revenge in all her Glory Uh oh, FAIL! Oh well, will pop back again another day when she opens, for now though, Snaps away! Hi Larry Nice Cleaned up Cars awaiting riders! It may not be 200ft Tall, but it is now my most local Credit! The Wild Mouse Coaster, sorry Larry I failed on getting a Ride Sign Not so Giant ASS Panda Mini Tilt-A-Whirl Techno Jump, always a good laugh! Paratrooper Ride Waltzers! Scream if you wanna go Faster Nice set of Dodgems....No Bumping Please Great Twister, always playing good Bass Heavy music on these

Did you watch all of the video, it flew over all of the hills apart from a few in the middle, this was the first ever run on the track, it will take a few runs for all of the metalwork to bed in to a smooth running surface, like all woodies, it is common for a lot of woodies to not even make it back on the first run! (Look up details about Megaphobia's first runs!) The fact it made it round in its first run, it is going to FLY!!!!! Does anyone know if Twister will run 2 trains? Or just the 1? -

Very true Elissa, however, nothing wrong with a bit of friendly banter When Robb goes over for the B Roll filming, is it for official Park footage, or will there be a cheeky little POV making its way onto the forums? -

D'oh, ah well, I get the pleasure of riding it when it has bedded in more 1st June cannot come soon enough! Ref the Miles, I probably would do the same as you, however when you count in Ferry Crossings/Euro Tunnel it adds the cost up quite a bit!!! -

I am not sure about this, however what is confusing me the most is why the countdown runs out sometime in July/August?! -

My thoughts exactly Hanno, so out of curiosity, am I going to grab a ride on Twister before you or are you going in May and going to beat me to the punch (You must rack up loads of miles with all these opening of rides you've been too recently!) -

I agree, the lift looks like an undersupported track (so new style intamin cable lift would make sense) Not a massive length of track, so would assume nothing above 200ft (in my opinion, although I don't claim to be an engineer or anything) Could we be seeing the first Megalite in the US? -
Hi Paul! (long time and all that) Last year at Fantasy Island, you could either buy a certain amount of credit on a barcoded ticket or a day wristband, this did include both of the coasters, when I first turned up, I only bought 2 rides on Millennium (as Jubilee was closed all day, surprise surprise), after enjoying it, I got a wristband, got one ride then it closed because of winds......dammit!!!!!! Also Beast was in Rehab last year on my visit and Amazing Confusion was closed with a big cover over the ride vehicle, and Rhombus Rocket was being painted..... Bit of a lame day TBH! Nice TR Connor.

If you look closely, there is no padding on them, I would imagine the padding will be added later, making them look the same as the ones on Voyage.
