Even though its 80ft (according to RCDB) I would say Raven kicks total ass. -

That's funny! Wow look at what I started. Honestly though, I really have no problem with the goth culture, and yes I do know people that are goth and they are fine people. Do what you want I don't care, everybody has their own thing they are into whether it be goth, emo, whatever and if that's is what they want to represent then who am I to say differently. I am 36 and no, I am not an idiot. I just like messin with you all cause it's really fun and apparently it's really easy too. Careful there, don't want to trip over yourself trying to backtrack out of this. Funny, I was thinking the same thing. Tmcdllr you remind me of some of my friends. I have some "goth" friends at school (I'm not goth, the closest thing to call me would be preppy), and a few of my friends refused to talk to me because I was friends with them. Ironically my "goth" friends were nicer then my other friends ever were. I have no problems with any goth/emo person anywhere, they are honestly some of the nicer people at my school. ^Because you ONLY see goth people smoking in non-smoking areas Kevin "Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride at Disney, and stereotypes bug me!" I have a hard time picking between 4 and 7. I absolutely loved Goblet of Fire when it came out and still do (I've re-read it multiple times). But after just finishing Deathly Hallows I voted for that as my favorite. Seeing a lot of things tied up and finally seeing Harry's life unfold makes just a little bit better then the sheer excitement of Goblet of Fire.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. They're all way too overplayed, and Umbrella has to be one of the most annoying songs ever made, next to Girlfriend. But I do like some Fall Out Boy stuff, a couple songs on their new CD and a lot of their older stuff is great. Artists/Bands I want gone: Avril Lavigne: I liked one (only one) of her songs, everything else is just...annoying American Idol: OK the show has been on long enough, its time to cut the microphone wire. High School Musical: Just kill me now. Fergie: Quite honestly she should have stayed with the Black Eyed Peas. Cartel: Everything sounds the same!

I hate you... My last concert was last night. The Fray w/ Ok Go and Mae. Ok Go and Mae were the opening acts and were pretty good. The Fray was amazing, great concert. Also anyone that likes The Fray will be happy to know there is a new album coming out soon, they played a few of the new songs from it, there was only one called Dixie (I think) that I didn't like too much. What songs did OK GO do? I'm a huge fan of them. Wow that took me long enough to respond. Sorry, I haven't been home much. They did of course Here It Goes Again (no live treadmill dance though ) and Do What You Want. They didn't play too many songs but the ones I remember were Invincible (my personal favorite), Get Over It, Don't Ask Me, and I think Good Idea at the Time. I would see them live again anytime, they were great.

Honestly you don't notice your even upside down unless you look around (not that you even have that much time). It's really just positive g's, for vertical loops anyway. Barrel rolls, zero-g rolls, and sometimes corkscrews (Flight of Fear at PKI) offer some floater air, and some lateral g's, but no more then on most wooden coasters. Also I lost my loop virginity on Corkscrew at Michigan's Adventure, which is still one of the smoother Corkscrew's I've been on.

Warning: Long TR, not too many pictures right now. If you want to skip all the details, feel free to just read the reviews or just look at the pretty pictures. Holiday World(!!!!): I've been wanting to go to Holiday World ever since Voyage was announced. To be honest, before Voyage, I didn't even know about this "little" park. Located in the middle of no-where southern Indiana, Holiday World is a "little" park, or a big family park, and immediately after I got there was one of my favorites. Right when you walk in the park gives off a very kind family feel, and is a great family park. The little kids can go get their picture with Santa, while older kids go ride rides. The entrance is modest, and EVERYONE in the park is extremley friendly. Our first ride (and not the best choice, but worked out) was Raven. Now after going to Cedar Point many times I know the ride at the front is always the busiest right after opening (Raptor at Cedar Point), but we still only ended up waiting about a 1/2 hour. Mini Raven Review: Wow, this ride surprised me, partially because you can only see the lift hill while waiting in line, which didn't look very tall. But it's almost a terrain coaster, and dives into a small ravine, and picks up more speed then I expected. Our first ride was in the second row, but later we ended up getting the second to last and the last row, which were awesome. Lots of air, some ejector airtime, and great laterals through the whole ride. That, mixed with the setting of the ride, and the awesome operations, made this coaster go easily into my top 15. After that we went straight to Legend, working our way back with the bulk of the guests (against my better judgment). Still, the wait was only about 20 minuets. Legend was...interesting, both in good and bad ways. It was a little rough at spots, but nothing unbearable if your prepared. A lot of the turns seemed to be completely un-banked, which I'm not sure if its a good or bad thing. One some its a lot of fun, but on others its borderline painful. There is some airtime and it is a lot more intimidating the Raven with the drop looking much bigger, but I do rank this below Raven. By this time my friend and I were thirsty, so we decided to hit up the free pop. Let me say this is an AWESOME idea. On hot days (it was mid 80's when we were there) free pop, water, and even coffee, makes perfect sense. Everyone in our party took full advantage of this, and it makes Holiday World even better. Also along with free beverages, there are also free lockers in the station for Raven and Voyage (I don't remember if there was at Legend). I love Holiday World!!! Finally we began to walk back to Voyage, which I had been looking at out of the corner of my eye since we got there. We got in line and enjoyed the 1/2 hour wait with the queue fly by getting both me and my friend excited to ride. We make it to the station and pick the second car, since it was the shortest and we knew the waits would die down later that day and the next day. Voyage Review: After taking a quick dip out of the station the train catches the lift and starts to travel up the massive (which is really an understatement) lift hill. The trip up is fairly quick and before you have time to really think about what is about to happen to your body, your looking down the drop, which is also huge, and steep. After the first drop its a quick trip out to the turn around, with great airtime over all the hills. The spaghetti bowl, appropriately named, is crazy, in the awesome kick your ass kind of way. It is not rough, but very very intense. The constant change in direction, plus the opposite banked turn and two of the tree 90* turns make this part of the ride utterly insane. You then take a quick hill into the mid course brakes, allowing you to barley catch your breath. This leads straight into the triple down, which provides amazing airtime (not ejector, but very strong floater airtime). After this its non stop hills, airtime, and turns until you hit the brakes. Ive heard a few people say that the ride is too much or almost too much. I don't agree, it is non stop awesome-ness, and its wooden so don't expect it to be perfectly smooth (it is not rough by any means), but its the perfect length so that you don't get off saying "O.k thats enough for today". Voyage easily makes my top 5, and possibly my number 2 or 3 coaster. Also it was my 100th credit . After that long review, we then wandered around the park, hitting a few water rides, liberty launch, and getting some food. We went into the water park for a little bit, but my friend and I both thought it was too busy to stay for long. We ended up riding raven and legend one more time. By then we were both tired, after the 2 1/2 hour drive from Indianapolis and spending the whole day in the park, and decided to go back to the hotel. On to the pictures! One last picture for now, I didn't take very many pictures. I was enjoying the park and the rides. I will post some of my moms pictures though. Liberty Launch, great airtime, but the queue needs more shade. Another angle, really, the shots are pretty limited. Gives the ride a sort of mystery to it, which is a good thing. There really is airtime over every hill. Sorry for the lack of angles, 80% of the ride is hidden. FINALLY!!!!! Ooooh, look at that off in the distance... Next up, Legend, not as awesome as his his little brother Raven, but still great. Raven says "Don't let my looks fool you, I will kick your ass! In a good way!" First ride, Raven. Yay were here! The applause award fountain.

^Kinda creepy Thanks for doing an awesome job Jon! I saw you once but I didn't have a chance to say hi unfortunately. Hopefully I'll catch you at Cedar Point this summer, even if you aren't working on Maverick. -
^I actually got most (I would say around 75%) of my credits between when I was 12 and now. As for the Haunted Mansion - Ghosts...duh...
