some pics from me at my restaurant tonight. we had a french night, because our city´s university gave a welcome party for french exchange students that arrived today at my place. me with two of my waitresses, paula(l) and irena(r, she´s our conciergée) joe(l), my closest buddie (and my chef de bar) and me® before the party started

i can´t tell you how much i hate those people! they just buy cars like ferraris, porsches or bentleys to impress other people, even if they aren´t able do drive with manual shifting, or even if they don´t know what masterpiece of valuable work they own. in most cases, that are men in their mid-50´s with a broken-down-libido who think they can pick up every chick with their hot cars. my wife calls that: psychological penis-enlargement! that´s a point that i have to agree by 100%!

Fixed. Italy still > Germany....although gerd's 997 still kicks all sorts of a$$. thank´s for the compliment. the one problem with the italian cars - especially masserati - is, you have them more often at your dealer´s garage to fix problems at the car´s processing than you have to fill it with gas! it´s really that that a 80,000 euro car like the spider has problems with the air condition or the soft-top after just 2 months and 3500 km and the company can´t fix that. the other problem is: italian cars with the power of a 997 or a M3 are not so confty for everyday-use. f.e.: when i pick up my kids from kindergarten with the porsche, it´s no problem, they fit easily into the safety replacement seats in the back and two bags (or even luggage for a weekend-trip for two people) fit into the trunk in the front. an compareable italian car like the ferarri f 360 won`t give you enough space to do so and it costs nearly double as much as the porsche.

Friend of mine has a 08 331i coupe .. Really kickass car. Cameron. those bmw´s are really little bastards! they look so innocent and handsome from outside, but once you drive one, you need some retalin to come down. i had a M5 in 2002, man, that was like kind of dynamite on wheels.

i´ve to admit that bruce was really good last night, but, like cfc wrote before, the nbc did a really, really poor job. prince was very good in miami in 2006, to bad you can´t find any good videos of it on youtube. imo, "working on a dream" is a great song, so it fitted real good in the last night´s playlist.
