In Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 you can create your own terrain. Also its easy to build a roller coaster in. No Limits is a little more complicated I believe.

Ok small, tiny weeny Update. Some new flats and more Predator! Last pic . Its Turbo Karts! Indoor go-karts. YAAAY Overview of the Predators lair. And the snack place. Yes they are sponsored by Coke. They are just slowly eliminating this ride from the theme/amusement park world... When I went to Geauga Lake in May I was exited to ride Mr. Hyde's Nasty Fall. So when I got there I was like where is it!??! And it was gone.
