^Awesome. I think I counted nine of us going that day (if I counted right). It should be a fun filled day. Some of you know I'm not a fan of Giant Drop, but since we have a nice group going, I don't want to look like a chicken, so I'll go on it. Just this once though.

^I was just guessing it was next, but with Big Mike anything can happen. Ooops. It looks like my lessons at the Derek Zoolander Center for Kids Who Can't Read Good and Do Other Stuff Good Too is NOT working. I missed Big Mike's post about the upcoming SFGAm report. It's a good thing I went back to the last page to see it!

^Do you plan on wearing your hot pants and tube top outfit again? I'm all for going on a Friday night. I'm free every Friday except for Oct. 23 and Oct. 30th. Oct. 9th is a maybe because I'm going to Minnesota that weekend. I feel the need to celebrate Mel's favorite holiday in another state.

Big Mike, does this mean that the looooooooong awaited trip to SFGAm is coming up next? That's the most important TR in my book!

^As in Oct. 4th? Hmmmm...I'll let you know. I'm sure I'll be able to sneak out for a few hours. I'd like to go on a Friday night too.

I never emailed Dan either, until tonight. I just had to find out if he really does go through all the emails. When it comes to receiving emails, I'm sure he's up there with Santa Clause.

I'm not understanding that either, but I certainly won't complain about it. I know from personal experience that the park had quite a few private events before FF started (and before the regular season started). With the economy the way it is these days, I'm sure companies are cutting back on spending and not doing corporate buy outs for theme parks. Maybe they didn't have a private event going on and decided to open the park up. Who knows what the reasoning is, but it's a nice gesture. Some of us got together last min., and went on a Sunday about two weeks ago. The park was busy, but it wasn't jammed pack either. I think the longest wait was 10 min. I love going on Friday's during FF due to it being empty, and being open later.

^Technically a week from Saturday. I just checked the schedule because I'm either bored or I'm that excited for it to start. For some strange reason it's open from 5-10 this Friday, and I can't go because I'm working.

I understand that everyone has a source but I'm still waiting to see printed publications about all these rumors. I know something was posted on Screamscape, but if I remember correctly they were referring to the year 2011 that Chang could come to our park. So instead of focusing on future plans for the park, can we start to focus on Fright Fest? It's only a few weeks away.

I could think of at least one TR you could post!!

Everyone has some great ideas, but I think Matt hit the nail on the head when he said this: Now to quote Cameron from yesterday: "They can put up a new sign for RB, but they can't paint the exit". (That might not have been the exact words, but it was pretty darn close). RB could use some love, along with some other rides. Has anyone noticed that when you walk down the exit at RB it shakes like a California earthquake? The posts are looking a bit rotted out too. I don't understand the point of having a new ride. We do have a good park that needs some TLC. Let's give it that, and focus on new rides for 2011. I will now step off of my soap box. Thank you.

Who showed you the blueprints? Those crazy people we unfortunately were talking to while in line for Raging Bull when Big Mike was in town? Gurnee always has something to grumble about. They have a great park in their town, and they complain about it. That's like Chicago complaining about Oprah. I'm sure some people complained about her though after her recent shenanigans.

The Haybaler was the name of their Mack Matterhorn ride. They took it out along with Sky Whirl when Vu was put in. I think Haybaler was removed to give Vu more space, or it was having mechanical issues and they decided to scrap it. I don't know if they moved it to another park or not. I really liked the ride, and I wish it was never removed.

Everyone is coming up with these great cheers, and I don't have one. Maybe I'm not cut out to be a Big Mike Cheerleader.

Instead of putting money into a new ride, how about we use that money to rehab some rides, like Iron Wolf! Or, better yet, build another Iron Wolf!! Ok going to be serious now. Maybe the park should just go ahead with the HH expansion. If not, use the money to spruce up the place. I would like another ride in the park, but they should focus on what they have and use it to their advantage. But if I could request a ride, it would be Haybaler. Just bring it back already. Was there really a need to take it out? They could have relocated it somewhere else in the park...I think.

First off, I think a HH expansion is a bit more important than getting another coaster for the park. The last time HH had anything added to it, was when Tornado was installed a few years ago. I think an expansion could benefit everyone. Second, IF we get Chang, they'll probably put it in where Space Shuttle is now, but I always thought they would use that area for the HH expansion. I don't think it would fit where Splash Waterfalls is due to Great American Raceway being there, and I don't think they'll take that out ever. Then again we did have a second car ride where Roaring Rapids is so anything is possible. Third, I will do everything in my power to prevent them from taking out Iron Wolf.

You could still purchase them. I thought about buying the antlers, but I didn't think they would look good on a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire. I love reading everyone's take on this trip. I missed out on a lot of fun. We can thank work for that.

Big Mike, you sure know how to make someone feel welcome!! I only joined the squad because I have no clue how the whole fantasy football thing works. However, I love watching football! I'm looking forward to the Packers vs. Vikings game. That is going to be an interesting one!!

Oh wonderful Title Fairy. I ask thee to grant me a custom title. I have a special place in my heart for Iron Wolf. I love Tower of Terror and I hope to find my own Indiana Jones someday. Because you are so wise and witty, I'm sure you'll come up with a title that fits me well.
