Did I make a lot of mistakes??? I'm so confused as to why that song!!! So you know the song? Cool. I just thought it was a nice song, and appropriately titled. If the song is about making mistakes or something, I apologize!

^I see what you're saying, but Robb was already active on the internet in the patch jacket days. Those pics are from around 1999-2000, and it's not like they were just recently discovered. He posted them himself back then. He's never shied from posting pics of himself, and from what I can tell he's a pretty good sport when old pics get posted now.

Contact Sales Manager Sandor Kernacs! How old is that? -
The theme song to Lou's Chicago adventure is Sufjan Stevens - Chicago. That is all. End of line.

RIP Psyclone replied to Looping Starship's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I do miss SFMM's Looping Starship, Z-Force, along with its Enterprise, Reactor (but known as just Enterprise before that). These are the kind of things Shane was talking about when he said Magic Mountain has lost its magic. True, a Batman:The Ride clone is a welcome addition to any park, but it shouldn't be at the expense of other rides, if possible. -

Bravo! I think you completed that in record time. Two things you did I'd like to do: Dodonpa, and fly on the upper deck of a 747. -
I'm a guy who likes roller coasters.

Six Flags Magic Mountain Announces "X2"
RIP Psyclone replied to Loco's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Although there hasn't been much news on X2 as of late (beside Jahan's excellent pictures and infinatethrill's questionable ones), I am still very excited about this ride. I'm sure converting the 2nd seat flip of the ride into a full/full would have been outrageously expensive. So here's hoping that the new S&S trains (which I hope there are pics of soon) will not become as rough as quickly (allegedly) as Eejanaika's. I hope TPR is able to do an X2 campout/media day event like what was done for Tatsu. So, until then, here is the video of the very first testing of the 4th dimension coaster on a short track section of a 2 row train. This was at the Arrow plant in Utah. It has been posted here before, but I put it on youtube for your convenience. Enjoy! Note: you may want to shrink the image for improved clarity. -
WDW is first and foremost for families, yes, but they're wise for not forgetting who's actually paying. It seems families were not frequenting that restaurant (3 per month) but Disney felt the need to make it a rule. That's okay by me, excluding the under-10 set should eliminate the screaming, yelling, and crying. No one paying that much for dinner should have to sit thru that. WDW is wise to have something for everyone, including young adults with Pleasure Island. Why would anyone be upset over this, families with screaming kids can dine at ANY other restaurant!

Wow, that is like the most creative thing I've ever seen. The only question I have is did the ACE shirt deserve to be a part of it? Kidding! This kind of "P:TR" is what TPR is all about. Thanks for sharing, it would have been a crime not to! EDIT: I admit I'm an ex-ACE member myself, but aren't we all? -

I'm so glad that Dodonpa ドドンパ was your favorite ride of the year. Finally, someone agrees that it is the most awesome power in the universe! -

^^You hope I don't go? Oh well, I always thought you were a nice guy. ^I really hope Stan does do that. Its low capacity makes it perfect for a small park, but it might be too expensive to run and maintain. -

That is horrible news! I really wanted to go on it. Oh well, no reason to sign up for the East Coast trip now! Despite H:XLC being gone, hopefully the awesome force that is Dodonpa will continue to thrill for years to come. -

How about the weight drop models not being quite as good as the flywheels? Or is the difference too miniscule? I was at Great America and I believe I chose not to ride Greased Lightnin' because I had already been on Montezooma's Revenge. I really wish I had known better. And I think out of the 8 currently operating in the world, only 4 are in their original location. Too bad you guys on the Japan trip missed the one at Toshimaen.
