I was supposed to go to the Trafford Centre with my mum this afternoon but overslept (yes, into the afternoon, I have nothing better to do), how funny. I worked a few days at that Virgin Megastore, and half my old colleagues from my local store now work there. The pic of Callum with the Cock Rub and that caption... A woman basically turns up at your house with loads of the clothes and underwear to try on and a whole bunch of sample products and sex toys, it's hilariously awesome. All the Mint and Tea Tree shampoo wouldn't be to send to Ted would it??

Some Australian I met somewhere on some trip with some website sent me some gorgeous flowers and a really sweet card, which was a great surprise to get up to! My awesome friend Rachel basically ensured that I won't leave the house for three or four days once the birthday stuff is over and done with. Some friends of the family are paying for me to have driving lessons, which is FAB, although I'm sure I'll be causing death and destruction all over the place. Cool new trainers: And some great clothes (can you tell I like stripes?!): Random bits of funky jewellery (and the compulsory "You're 21!" teddy bear: My auntie's an artist, and painted a piece for me seeing as I love her art: YAY for money and vouchers from my parents and random other people! And, a groovy new phone, the Motorola PEBL, in orange: So yeah, pretty good day so far! Tonight, noodles and booze!

The article on the incident in one of our tabloids today was hysterical, I meant to bring the page home from the pub so i could quote bits from it but I forgot... I wonder if the quoted ride op is one of the awesome ones that was there in June. TOM! If it was you, speak up! I really don't think it's gonna have any effect on the park at all, maybe if it was Nemesis or Oblivion it'd have a slight one, but... It's still more than a little unnecessary for the media to treat it the way they have. Something else that was kinda bizarre, around 2am last night, Sky News had a "Breaking Newsflash" of the accident... How the hell was it breaking news then?!
