  1. ^^Not every coaster is completely constructed in the exact order. They usually start with the final brakes and station, then go to the lift. Then it can go anywhere. But, the final pieces on Diamondback were still in sequential order.
  2. I just noticed something else in the part number codes. Notice the "TE062." Could that mean the number following "TE" could represent the track sequence number? Like Track Element 62, meaning it's the 62nd piece when putting it together.
  3. That is one of the reasons it is there. The other reason is so the ride can have more than one train. It is also called a block break. the ride doesnt seem long enough to warrant a MCBR just for adding a block. Tatsu is decently longer and doesnt have one... The brake run coming out of the final helix on Tatsu acts as the block brake.
  4. I think you may be right. Maybe stand-ups would be just SU and sit-downs are SC.
  5. ^Great example of the lives of coaster enthusiasts. LOL
  6. ^A hyper has already been ruled out.
  7. We're just trying to decipher the bar codes on B&M track.
  8. Give it time. I just happened to notice the first two letters in the part number, and now we've had like six pages based on just it in three hours.
  9. I would assume that only pieces with "track element" in the description would have a DM or IC in the part number.
  10. No, they do call them hypers. http://bolliger-mabillard.com/products/hyper_en.aspx
  11. I think the first two letters in the part number do indicate the model. Look at this picture of a label on Patriot. The part number begins with IC. http://www.rcdb.com/ig3244.htm?picture=6
  12. I just thought of something. On that pic of the Chimelong track, on the label it has the part number. Notice that the part number begins with DM. Now look at the mysterious track; the part number begins with SC. Could it be that... DM=dive machine SC=sitting coaster ...and so on?
  13. The track looks like it's for a flyer based on the the slimmer spine, which flyers incorporate. Will be interesting to see where this goes.
  14. No, you were correct. The block brake is there for safety reasons.
  15. ^I never would have thought of that. The purpose of the block brake is to seperate blocks. If the preceding train hasn't cleared the preceding block, then the block brake can keep the train from proceding into the non-clear block section.
  16. Keep in mind who designed it. After the original modifications, it was a mix of Arrow and Morgan track, I guess they want it to be all-Morgan now.
  17. That's like the only SLC in existence with thememing like that. They did great with it. Thanks for the update!
  18. It's kind of sad to see a Beemer operate for one season, then have to be shipped somewhere else.
  19. BGE. Most likely Apollo to wish it happy 10th anniversary.
  20. This year wasn't too bad. One of my gifts came before Christmas. I atended the Washington/Philadelphia game on the 21st. Had great seats, and we won. Here's a crappy cell phone pic. Other than that... -Money -Clothes -Family Guy DVD's
  21. Why even ask that? It won't happen.
  22. They're moving fast, but not that fast. Count on it being open in late April/early-mid May.
  23. While working at BGE in the fall, I got some pretty cool views of Alpengeist, but no pics.
  24. ^I'm likin' that Arrow sign.
